Lake Stevens Monster

I've literally lived 2 minutes down the road and I never have been here until the other day. I took my sister and dog Dash with me, we all had a blast! I cant wait until summer time to go again.

If you love rocks then this is a site to be seen! It's in a neighborhood and you can't climb on it but it is enormous! I believe it might be the biggest or one of the biggest erratic rocks in the United right smack-dab in the middle of a neighborhood!

ITS JUST A GIANT ROCK 😉BECARFUL IF YOU CLIMB ON IT STAY AWAY FROM THE EDGE OF THE ROCK.

I grew up down the street from this and it was so cool. I use to climb it and it was like climbing a great mountain. I don't think people are allowed to climb on it anymore but still one of the best things about growing up in Lake Stevens. I still walk past it or take my son to it and there are great memories.

Fun top rope problem. It was short drive and quick walk to this hidden gem in the early 90’s before housing development. Would get a forearm pump from scrubbing moss. Ha! Marc, this is for you buddy. Good times.

It's a monster, I tell you! The largest known glacial erratic in the US, parked in a sleepy neighborhood, just waiting for visitors. Easily seen from the street, the neighbors keep the area as tidy as a park. Keep your eyes out for other erratics--they're all over the place in Snohomish county, though none as large as this fellow.

My parents live next door to this since I was 19. I've slept on top of it. Climbed it. Fell off it lol. And I know my baby boy will do the same when he is older

I always hang out here. Its like a small piece of wild in the middle of the city. Its inside of a development so not great for birthday parties or things like that. Just a nice place to sit and enjoy nature.

Haha forgot about this spot. Ripping Around on those dirt trails, and up and down that dirt road. But that was 30 plus years ago. And those creepy abandon houses In the fields.

Great place to take pictures. Beautiful woods near by and great sourounding neighborhood.
