Lovely nail technician and great dip powder nails. They don’t do the 1/2 n 1/2 combination of dip powder base and gel top coat, which I really appreciate! Affordable too.

I had a super pleasant first experience at Kim's Salon. I called and they were able to get me in quickly. I was the only customer at the time which felt very relaxing, and allowed her to take her time on my manicure and pedicure. She was very thorough in scrubbing my feet, which I really appreciate because sometimes this step can get rushed through. They had an amazing gel polish color selection which is always a plus. Overall a great experience, I recommend them for nail services and will be going back!

Awesome place. My haircut was only $20, which SEEMS like a lot, but in comparison, other places wanted to charge me $60 - $75. People were nice. Lady who did my hair was polite and didn't pressure me into engaging in small talk (which is greatly appreciated). Will definitely go again.

This place reminds me of what folks say about Chinese restaurants; if it looks a bit dirty or rough on the outside, it will be very good but if it's clean, it's gonna have lousy food.

I was very pleased with the cut and color I got. I forget his name but the older stylist really did everything he could to make sure he got my hair cut and style right. He actually took the time to show me different styles for my hair. Some I had never thought of but looked very good on me, if I say so myself.

Best value haircuts in area, male and female. Full service beauty salon. Family owned, multi-generation, same location. Friendly and quick service. Appointments by phone recommended, but I often drop in for simple haircut at off peak hours and usually the wait is short.

I always get my haircut done by Tony, I really like his style.

I always ask for Lee. My hair usually takes an hour to do but he does it in 15 min for half the price. He's a veteran and a machine in the hair industry. I always get a mid to high fade, comb over, hard part, close-to-skin buzz on the sides, and thinned from the top. I tell my friends he is like Edward Scissorhands since he's so fast yet precise lol

Lee gives the best men's haircut in town. He is super fast and really knows how to cut. He can create any style. Highly recommend coming here.

Kim's Salon always does a fantastic job on my haircut and also cuts hair for all of my family including my mom and grandma. When in Santa Cruz I would not go anywhere else.
