Don Nauman and his legal secretary Jennifer McNeil helped my family establish a living trust. As time went by eventually using those documents became necessary to sell family properties and establish power of attorney for grandfather. If you haven’t been through it , there can be a lot of hoops to jump through to organize things when a loved one passes away and it can be a bit overwhelming. Jennifer was incredibly helpful whenever I needed to be steered in the right direction, I have called her 4 or 5 times in the last year needing help to navigate through some of situations where I felt stuck and unsure of what to do. Every single time, Jennifer was extremely nice and helpful, she has been my phone a friend for legal help. A quick chat with Jennifer allowed me to get my bearings and Jennifer always had a plan to resolve whatever issue I was having.
