Harbor Freight Tools

Better prices then hardware stores. They don't have everything that places like home depot do but what they do have is a much better value. I got what I needed to move this screen door from the back entrance to the front entrance.

This place has great prices. It is less expensive than Home Depot or other hardware stores but they do not carry all of the same stuff. For example they do not have regular nails. They only have finishing nails for nail guns.

Depends on time of day, could be in line awhile but can't beat the prices. The staff is always willing to assist and do a fine job.

Clean and well organized! This was my Grandpas favorite place to go for his tools and things and the coupons, oh boy did he love the coupons! Our family still shops here as they still have good prices for decent made items.

Cheap tools. Not the best, but good enough and totally fine for occasional use where a huge investment is not worth it. Make sure to enroll on the email and get their coupons for even better prices and freebies.

Half my garage is full of hf tools and fixtures, their deals are unbeatable. Many items are less than half the price of name brands. Mechanics and builders may eschew harbor freight tools but I've never had any issue with their build quality when buying tools for my many hobbies and projects. It's not Gucci, but who cares what the logo is on your power tool if you can buy three "git'r'done" tools for the price of just one "name brand" tool.

It's probably more like 4.5 stars. Had to return a couple of items I ordered online (before a sale ended). The clerk that helped me was fairly nice, and even went and got the two replacement items for me.
The supervisor just wasn't very pleasant. We'll call it "cranky". Other than her, it was 5 stars.

For the amount of people that go through the store, it is surprisingly neat and organized. Not many things out of place. And as always, the best prices.

Savion gave me the professional courtesy that should exist in every customer service interaction with a consumer. I was so impressed by the experience I had with him during my transaction, I knew I had to leave a review. Right away he greeted me sincerely and listened to my concerns & long winded story. He patiently heard me out, then immediately conveyed to me he understood the issue and had empathy for the inconvenience I incurred and would resolve it right then and there. He corrected an incorrect charge from a previous transaction while helping me make a new purchase. He also went the extra mile (by showing he sincerely cares and was listening to my long story) by making recommendations of items I didn't think about but were necessary for my tasks ahead of me (that I mentioned). All in all, I left with all the things I needed, saving me a trip, but also resolving my incorrect transaction from before all while showing sincere concern & customer service skills. I'm glad he was there that day and time I came in. I like Harbor Freight for the great price quality products but now I have a new appreciation for the place. Above and beyond, that dude is quality. Excellent pricing on tools! Same made in China (quality has greatly improved over last 25years) everybody else has at good prices. Make sure you compare ad price/coupon discount with register tape!! Multiple prices on same items! Watch for this! Only buy what is on deep discount. Watch for lower prices after you buy. Get the difference refunded.
As a matter of politics I cannot believe the Chinese are not "dumping", a practice where goods are sold at less than cost to undercut the U.S. manufacturing economy. You cannot convince me a 3/8 18v driver/drill can be made/shipped/sold with battery & charger for $19.95 at a profit to the maker. The Chinese government is doing this deliberately to get U.S. citizens addicted to cheap goods and create an imbalance in trade. What may not be done by military action may be done by trade. Buy American, support U.S. industry & good paying jobs HERE!!

Wonderful, hardworking staff and management! Especially during sales events, they are overwhelmed and overburdened at times but that's when they come together as a team and shine their brightest! Great prices and selection too!❤HFT!!!!

This HF location is well organized and clean, with most everything in stock when you need it. Staff is friendly and you can’t beat the prices. Keep an eye out for those coupons!

I always go online to find coupons for what i want to purchase first, you can save lots of money by doing that, or just show them the coupon on your phone at checkout! They have pretty much any DIYer would possibly need here.
