Hampton Inn & Suites Napa

I had a fantastic experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Napa! Dickson at the front desk went above and beyond during check-in, making us feel right at home. The next morning, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise, and Azalea's warm welcome and genuine smile made it even better. Exceptional service all around!

Hampton Inn and Suites is no 5 Star Ritz Carlton but the staff make it feel like it is. If there was a way to give over 5 stars for service I would.
I had to book last minute on a weekend so I did not have a choice on room type but the double queen ADA accessible room is MASSIVE for a double queen room. The only downside of the room was it not having a microwave. The location is not far from downtown but does not have much nearby within safe walking distance for anything late night, but across the parking lot is a great restaurant with great food. The front desk staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. Extra Big shout outs to Nathon, Sheri, and Aprill for making my last minute stay here so lovely.

Nice updated Hampton Inn. Had a large and clean room. Furniture was updated and had satellite TV, mini fridge in the room. I was facing the river and it was quiet.

A few close restaurants and movie theater but you'll probably need to have your car to get to downtown Napa.

Bummer that parking isn't free. Total money grab.

Great hotel and staff. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking. Seemed like there were plenty of empty spots around the building (More than 40 spots behind the building) Aside from the daily parking fee, this place was a great value. Very clean and modern.

My wife and I stayed here three nights we had just left the Meritage, and to be honest this hotel was much cleaner, much nicer a lot newer than the Meritage. The staff was excellent. The value is double of some of the other hotels. He had our little dog with us and we were welcomed with no hassle of have a dog. There are many things within walking distance, shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

This a nice Hampton, definitely an upper level Hampton. Higher end toiletries. Well decorated rooms. The pool and outdoor lounge are well done and classy. The lobby bright and open. The staff as a whole are friendly and professional.

We had an air conditioning unit that outright did not work. It was late evening and when we called the desk she clearly seemed to want to avoid dealing with it. We explained what was happening and told her it was flashing a light and nothing worked. She told us that is normal just give it more time. We waited an hour. When we finally said it is really not working, someone came up. They immediately said the light is flashing. That is not normal. It was broken, dead. At 10:45 at night we are switching rooms when it could have been done earlier when we first reported it was broken.

They call the area of the hotel downtown Napa but it is quite a away from downtown. It is not walkable distance and the area is mostly car dealerships. Felt a little deceived that we were close the downtown Napa activity. If your goal was to easily access the Napa scene you will be disappointed. For the cost of a room, especially on weekends, it is way overpriced. The hotel in on the River but it not a very scenic area.

In the end it is a nice Hampton but for the price point not a good value.

Had a great time in Napa! The hotel is super clean, looks new, we got a corner room. Would have been better if they had a restaurant and bar, but having Azeb at the morning breakfast made up for it. Her bright cheerful smile made for a good day, she kept her area clean and neat, hot food fresh and everything well stock. Overall the staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Updated and clean rooms and hotel. Friendly staff. Location is not downtown but just a few minutes away and a lot cheaper than being downtown.

Great spot if you want to travel downtown or wineries.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. I was there to participate in a conference with a group of 60+ people. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to be helpful, particularly the Operations Manager, when we had a specific request.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Kayla, at the front desk, was especially helpful when my food delivery wouldn't deliver to my room and she was kind enough to deliver it up to me. That's "above and beyond". Thanks Kayla!
I travel to Napa frequently for work and will definitely make this hotel my "go to" lodging.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites from Fri, 02/10/23 - Sun, 02/12/23. The king studio suite was a wonderful and spacious room to accommodate my partner and I while we were going about wine tasting in Napa. The room was well kept, clean sheets, nice spacious work table, and clean bathroom. I only wished there was an additional swivel chair with back support for more than one person.

However, what really made our stay amazing was the wonderful kitchen staff that greeted us each morning at the breakfast pantry. Alexis, Ruthai, and Azeb were fantastic—especially Azeb as she made sure to check everything was to our liking. The hot trays were constantly filled and did not have to ask her when they would be refilling more of the hot foods, or condiments. Additionally, I enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices provided each morning so guest won’t get exhausted of the same choices each time.

My partner and I were completely satisfied at the end of our trip. Definitely will need to rebook this same hotel next time back in wine country for the cleanliness, peaceful ambiance, attention to breakfast details in the morning for guests, and pleasant staff all around that made this trip so easy for us.

We WILL stay here again! First, the king suite style room is amazing! The room is so spacious, welcoming, great for work should you need to. So comfortable to kick back and lounge with guests. The bed was dreamy! Between the breakfasts and wine happy hour we didn't want to leave. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Parking was a breeze, minus the rain. Super happy guests!

Clean rooms and very friendly staff. This was the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel in the US. Good food and room to sit down. The lobby is also a nice place to hang out and drink wine.

Looks like recently renovated with modern clean look. Rooms are decent size. Location is good for those who plan to explore Napa and its surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is not a fancy hotel, but it is in the sweet spot of price, comfort, location and functionality. Breakfast was included.

The rooms very clean and I love how easy and simple was to check in contactless. The entire staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend would come back again!!!!

Great physical building which has plenty to offer. Staff are friendly and ready to assist. Napa walking trail behind building is a nice way to relax and enjoy nature

Excellent hotel. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. The amenities were nice! It even had complimentary wine tasting in the afternoon. The free breakfast had lots of options: cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee, fruit, delicious oatmeal, breads, etc. The service, gym, location, well, EVERYTHING was great. We went to different hotels during our San Francisco trip and this was our favorite by far!

For the price (we said during New Years for 2023), this was an great value. The property was clean, quiet, and close to a lot of amenities. Great landing spot to check out the rest of the valley.

My service was excellent. Alyssa was the young lady I spoke with. She went above and beyond to help me with a very complicated reservation for a group of touring musicians. She was patient and so kind through every bit of it. I felt taken care of and served well. She was fabulous. I had a terrible experience just the night before and she renewed my belief in the excellence in Hilton properties. Way to go Napa Hilton!
