I have been coming here for almost a year now to help my father.
Everyone has been such an amazing help, EXCEPT Mario.
He is incredibly rude, impatient, and clearly doesn't understand his job.
I almost done blame him… I am sure it is very confusing, but that is no reason to treat people poorly.
I will make sure to not go to him in the future.

Getting in touch with these people is a NIGHTMARE. You have to go through 5 minutes of automated prompts that more often than not can't validate your spoken answers adding more time to the process, just to get to the end and hear "there's nobody available to take your call please call back later". Not everyone has the accessibility to go to the office in person. Speaking on the phone is an essential service this office fails to provide time and time again. I have never dealt with something so frustrating
