J & L Market

Was there the other day because I very much needed cilantro for a recipe. I stopped in and was so happy they had it! For a small neighborhood grocery store I have always found what I needed. Staff is polite, helpful, friendly and welcoming. Thank you to J&L for providing such a great service to the small community of Crocket. You're needed and appreciated!!

More of a small grocery store than a convenience-type store. They have you covered for milk, eggs, potatoes, lettuce, frozen food, canned food, coffee, cleaning supplies, etc. Not a bad beer selection for the size of the place, too.

I stop here for something or another pretty much every day, and they rarely disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff, too.

From the outside this market looks just like any other liquor store. But once you go in and start looking down the aisles it's quit impressive. This Market has everything you could possibly need under almost any circumstances!(Quick stop if traveling with kids) Now keep in mind it is a small Corner Store/Market but they have every section conveniently organized and well stocked so your visit can be in and out! Some sections and items that they had just to name a few where household products, hygiene products, a frozen section, a few fruits and vegetables, a deli/dairy section, various canned items, chips, soda & juice, etc.! This spot is definitely marked on our map when heading to our fishing spot.

Not from the area so was skeptical when I arrived. Open the door and was warmly greeted by friendly staff and such a clean and well stocked store!

A nice and well stocked older market that is kept in really good condition. The place is very clean inside. I found some beautiful potatoes to bake and some expensive beers that I couldn't find anywhere else. The guy even teased me about my expensive beer. I will be back!

This little neighborhood store is the pulse of Crockett. As the only grocery store in town, one often runs into friends there. It certainly can't compete with big chain groceries like Safeway or Lucky's for selection or prices (particularly fresh produce) but they've got the necessities and more for quick pickup runs, and those supermarkets are 5 freeway miles distant. The staff is friendly and they get to know their customers, even in these mask mandated days.

Good old mom and pop neighborhood corner store. Fresh veggies/fruits, frozen foods, beer/wine, cigarettes/lighters/rolling papers, fresh bread, canned goods cleaning supplies, CA Lotto, fishing supplies, fresh coffee. Friendly and fast!

This is a tiny market with just about everything you need. They are a vital service to the Crocket/Port Costa communities! Open 365 days a year.

Great local convenience store with everything you could imagine. Staff are awesome. And all of us local residents are very grateful for J&L's.

Best (and as far as I know, the only) liquor store in Crockett, about a mile or more in from the freeway. They had Pyramid Hefeweizen when I walked in here last time, for about $10 a 6-pack. Not far (couple miles) from the newly opened and smoothly paved George Miller bike trail that goes from Crockett-PortCosta to Martinez. This is a local place - almost every one who shops here is local from Port Costa or Crockett.

Not a bad local market. They don't have everything but if you're in a pinch for some eggs or flaming hot Cheetos then this is the place

Just moved into the area and this shop always has what we are looking for. Great selection of food items and other products!
