Jax was very helpful, I forgot what unit I was in, I flagged her down and she stopped what she was doing to go look it up for me. She is always friendly and courteous if I need help. She keeps the place clean and orderly!

Well right I moved to the storage location after having a poor experience with another one. Was very impressed with the customer service provided when I wanted to change my Payday for my unit. Jax was both friendly and helpful.

Jax is the best, so patient with me through all the cancellations and phone calls and when I was finally ready she got it done quickly and with a smile and no hassles Thx again , already referring a friend

OMG….my experience today was totally AWESOME! Shawn Willis really made me feel like a valuable customer. He greeted me with a smile and genuine courtesy. Really easy to do business at the Vallejo location. Jax was super fantastic to work with. She made signing up quick and easy. The whole place is well lit and secure so I don't feel unsafe if I need to get to my unit late. Hours are 6-10 every day making access easy. The place is also kept really clean.

They deserve MORE stars than this . It was such an amazing experience . The property manager Jax was so helpful, answered all my questions and made me feel at home ! I had so much anxiety coming in because I hate doing new things but when I got there everything was quick, easy, and painless . I wanted to get a storage for a while but been to scared to and I am so greatful I went over here to get one . I wasn't sure how long I was going to keep the storage but I might keep my stuff here for a couple years just because of how great the experience was . When I was searching for a unit I did see some other ones that had a cheaper price difference but I feel like they're definitely worth the price and that I wouldn't get to experience this else where . There was another gentlemen that had helped me there and I didn't happen to get his name but he was also very amazing ! I never used a cylinder lock before so I was trying to YouTube how to do it ,getting frustrated feeling lost and confused lol but he had helped me out . They're just overall amazing . I'm able to move things out my house and have more mental space . I am so happy I went here.

Jax was awesome! We couldn’t find out unit. She walked all the way out in the rain and has awesome personality! Units are great as well!

I recentmy got 2 large storage units. It was easy and Jax the manager at the 4311 Sonoma Blvd Vallejo Ca location exceeded my expectations. She knows her stuff and if you have a question or issue she is there to solve it.

I know I just moved in, but the experience and level of Customer service I got from Jax Ulmer is just absolutely amazing. She very friendly and professional. She represents the company well. I had a bad experience with one of her co-workers that I spoke with over the phone who was rude to say the least. I was ready to just not even bother moving in, but Jax listened and gave the reassurance I needed to move forward. This property is very accommodating. A little pricy but worth it. Access until 10 p.m. is huge. Do go anywhere else.

I was looking for a storage solution on line and like their pricing and web page and photos displayed on line. Upon showing up to the property I was greeted by Jax I immediately made me feel confident that this was the best all around place for my storage solutions. I work in customer service, Jax was fantastic. She clearly holds pride in the work she does and knowing that she stands behind a solid product/ service. She was warm, welcoming, transparent and answered all of my questions. This has proven to be a great resource for myself, truly highly recommend. Thank you again Jax and team!

The Assistant Store Manager, Jessica, was super helpful to me who’s new to the storage space environment. She gave a tour to each type of storage unit and gave good advice as to what space I should need to be able to move stuff from house to this unit easily. I got a pretty good deal for the space. I recommend this place to store your stuff!

Jax is is a kind and reliable person. She constantly makes rounds cuz one time i forgot to put the lock on my storage and she immediately called to inform me, She placed a temporary lock on my unit to ensure my belongings were secured until I returned. Thank you!
