If I could give 0 stars I would. UNPROFESSIONAL & INCOMPETENT. Use this as a sign to pick another “stylist”.
My little sister got her hair straightened by Valencia & in addition to her roots not being flat she had the audacity to call the Benicia police over $70 she received through a money app called Apple Pay after believing it didn’t go through. There was no reason to believe the payment didn’t go through because it posted the next day.

The police showed up to our house confused just doing their job because Valencia thought she didn’t get her money. My dad paid the police officer $70 around 9pm. So we paid this strange woman TWICE.

And when we called her back to give the payment back she couldn’t figure out how to use Apple Pay! The incompetence was through the roof I don’t know how this woman is still in business, from her online picture you can tell she looks a little off.

I write this to warn whoever might go to her to either pay in cash or else you will have the police knocking at your door in the middle of the night because some voice told her she didn’t get her money through Apple Pay (which she doesn’t know how to use in the first place) in addition her service is not the best.
