Michael Tremont manages two properties in the Healdsburg HOA that I live in. Neither yard is maintained; they are weedy, have dead bushes and overgrown trees, and are eyesores. One driveway has significant oil drippings and a sloppily installed sign next to it touting the maintenance services of the tenant that lives there (both against rules). I emailed Michael asking that he let the tenants know (no reply) and when I saw him in person he said he would take care of it. Very telling about his character that he only cares about collecting the rent, not about his client's property values, and does not follow through.
