This has been a great shop for me over the years. I have spent many hundreds of dollars at this shop over the years buying boots, vests, socks and other items. I usually buy the same items in all colors to wear to match my outfit. Great staff always and very helpful. I'll be headed in tomorrow to see if they have a new color in for the Carhartt Men's Rain Dender Vest. I have the black, green grey and rust brown and now I want the chestnut color. Hopefully they have it...

Hardwear is the only store I shop for all of my clothes; underwear, socks, T-shirts, shirts, hoodies, pants, coats, and boots. I've been completely satisfied with the competitive prices, great quality brands, but the service is the best. The owner, family, and employees have always provided stellar customer service and attention to detail. Tomorrow I'm buying a hoodie, some plaid flannel shirts, and long-sleeved T-shirts.

Great salesperson

First let me explain, my son over the last two three weeks is bought several hundred dollars in shoes there for not only myself but for himself. First of all let me explain I'm disabled, I went in to get another pair of shoes, as I've been over the owner came up and not nicely said anything but to me but yelled at me to put my mask on, I explained that it was difficult because I was bent over. No excuse I walked out and I will never buy another thing there. By the way I've had all three vaccinations.

Poor customer service, they do not back up their products. Bought socks that spilt at the seams the same day, they refused to help pointing me to the manufacturers. Although they had every right to do this it is a pathetic approach and totally unreasonable.

Apparently they don't want my business, if I can't walk in & spend money don't expect me to come back.
I was looking for a new pair of boots...
