Knuckle Up

Was brought into this place by roomate Luis and my Bro Mark... about 3 years ago.. Kept on Gripping and nagging to them that there is NO WAY IN HELL I can EVER move my fat big BODY and do all the Boxing, Muay Thai, Tae bo- moves that they were doing.... OH... How they proved me wrong!!! I've been a member since, and I've lost OVER 100LBS!!! what made it easier for me getting into this place, was the ENTIRE STAFF and trainers..AJ and Denise are AWESOME!!! informative, Helpful, and always ON A POSITIVE NOTE.. you wanna change? You tired of the normal treadmill, stair climber, bike?? Then try this place out and be ready..to KNUCKLE UP!!

The Kickboxing might be good, but this is truly the worst run business I have dealt with in years. You can't run a business on "good vibrations." We tried to cancel our membership in September, it's January and they are still charging us. It's like some horrible joke, that you can't believe is true. After a bad Yelp review, and a BBB complaint they agreed to refund us for all these months, but no check yet, and we JUST GOT CHARGED AGAIN for January. Their excuse was oh we forgot. That doesn't fly for a business. If all the customers just forgot to pay for their gym fee, Knuckle up wouldn't be in business very long.
