Frontline Electrical Services

Frontline has done so many projects for us. They are responsive and have completed big and small jobs including a whole house rewire with great results . Our last visit was for recessed and outdoor lighting and then a hood range and now added an additional breaker. Julius, Nordan and Ricky for our recent visits were awesome. Every employee has been amazing from the installers to the admin team. We don’t use anyone else and are definitely loyal customers.

First off, I appreciated how responsive Gary was. After he came by to do a survey I must have emailed him 8 times asking questions and requesting the scope of work to be revised several times. He replied quickly and with detail.

On the day of, it was very nice to work with Julius, Choenyi, Jinpa, Ricky and Austin as they were super friendly, communicative and most importantly did fantastic work. I got all my light switches and plugs replaced and installed several LED lights on the ceiling.

Compared to other similar providers, Frontline's prices were fair in my opinion. I would call them again for future work. Attached is a fun photo of Julius installing LED lights on my kitchen ceiling and some LEDs in my living room.

An unfortunate tree trimming incident next door caused a branch to knock the riser/mast off my electrical service panel on a Friday afternoon. PG&E responded promptly and determined the situation was not safe and removed the live power line from the riser making things safe but obviously without power. I was recommended Frontline Technologies/Frontline Electrical and Lee was quick to collect info and let me know he could come the next day. Lee and his senior electrician Ricci came the next morning at 8 am, assessed the damage, had an estimate worked up, and parts on the van to repair the damage. The cost was in the ballpark for what I expected an electrician to charge for emergency Saturday repair. Lee and Ricci worked together to get everything back together in working order and safe, and then even contacted PG&E to let them know it was ready to have power restored. PG&E came that day and had the service restored quickly. I am thankful for all of them (PG&E and Frontline) for helping me to have the power back on less than 24 hours after the incident. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable and helpful! We had an issue at our home with some of our outlets, and we were very thankful for the prompt support to get them working. I highly recommend and will definitely call Frontline Electrical Services again!

Great experience from start to finish. Frontline responded to our call about our malfunctioning main breaker panel in a timely manner, came out quickly during the 2023 California deluge and diagnosed a tricky issue correctly. Got us on the schedule right away. Showed up on time and Ricci and Austin were pleasant and professional. They took care of the problem, explained everything well, and cleaned up everything. A+

Working with Frontline was great. They were quick to respond to our request for a quote, showed up on time for the estimate, and then gave a fair price. We were able to schedule the work in a reasonable time and our electrician, Frankie, showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He uninstalled an oven and a dishwasher that had been hardwired into the house and installed outlets for new appliances and was quick, professional, and left our house in great shape. Would definitely recommend.

We can not say enough good things about our experience with Frontline Electrical Services, especially our electricians, Frankie and David. They were professional, experienced and had great knowledge about our job. They were on time, and easy to have around the house for a full day job. We needed a new sub panel which required going through walls and updating the panel. They were so efficient and knew the cleanest and best way to achieve this work without having to disrupt the surrounding area. I interviewed 5 different electricians for the job, and they were by far the best all the way around. I also would like to mention Gary who came out to bid on the job. He was quick, intelligent, efficient and had a bid to me within the day! I would absolutely use them again for any work needed on our aging home.

I needed a plug receptacle added in my den so l could move my aquarium to a different area of the room. I called Frontline Electrical Services, they came out and gave me an estimate. I was told that the job could be done that day. Talking about fast service. I didn't have time that day, but l made an appointment for the following Monday at 9am. Frontline arrived about 8:30 Monday morning. The electrician was very professional. The job was complete by 10:15. I would use Frontline again.

The electricians David, Ricci and Julius did an awesome job. They replaced my regular lights with recess lights in my house and also replaced light switches with dimmers. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They clean and took care of all debris. The work was done on time without any prolonged waiting. I am very happy with their work and would and will recommend Frontline electrical to friends and family…

We had a balast that went out, leaving your reception area in the dark. Our usual electrician was unavailable and gave me a few names, all of which would not come for at least one week. I called Frontline based on their Yelp reviews. Lee was kind and felt our urgency to get our people in the light again. They came out the next day, the repair person was professional and discreet as this was one of our busiest days. He got the light working in a short amount of time and was even concerned because the new replacement lights I had purchased were not the same "color" as the working lights. He offered to replace them. His attention to detail and our appearance meant a lot to us as a company.

We called Frontline Electrical when we had an electrical problem. Within a couple of days, Gary came to the house to assess what needed to be done. That same day we had a complete proposal/estimate for review with a contract that was complete and covered any questions we may have had. David came to address the repairs. He was fully informed as to what needed to be done. He had everything required to complete the repair and did so in a timely manner. From start to finish we were very pleased with Frontline Electric. They are going to be our electrical company from this point forward.

Excellent service. They replaced my CFL can lights with LED. I recommend Frontline Electrical Services! Frankie and Julius showed up on time, with masks and booties, and completed the job to perfection! Both of these guys were friendly and personable. Cleaned up their work areas after the job. I will definitely invite them back for any future electrical work I need done. Thanks again!

Had my EV charger install done by Rick today. Super awesome and did great work. My original quote was for a NEMA 14-50 outlet install. Rick was able to accommodate my last minute request for a 6-50 outlet instead. Also, Rick found that he couldn't perform the install as originally planned due to issues not found during the initial estimate. He quickly came up with an alternate plan, left to go grab the extra needed materials, and returned to complete the job. He honored the original quote pricing, despite the extra materials and length of writing required for the revised job. He answered any questions I had, and was overall very easy to work with. Will definitely consider Frontline for future electrical projects as a result of the good experience I had with Rick!

Frontline has been wonderful to work with --- they are incredibly responsive, communicative and professional and do high quality work. We had Frontline replace our electrical panel, help with some rewiring and install ceiling fans and we are so happy with the results. Gary and Julius were awesome to work with. We highly recommend Frontline if you need electrical work done!

Frontline is great. The owner Lee helped plan a panel upgrade to support new pool equipment and hot tub, which required a new service line and weather head. Added a few outlets in the backyard too. Inspections were a breeze and frontline coordinated everything w/PG&E. Would definitely recommend Frontline.

RICCI and DAVID were outstanding

I got the referral to Frontline from Home Depot through their referral system. Frontline called me within 30 minutes of posting the job and this was on a Saturday afternoon! The ENGLISH SPEAKING young woman made me an appointment for an estimate and sent me the name of the electrician who would do the estimate. He arrived on time and was professional. Within 1 day my estimate arrived by email. I called and another knowledgeable woman answered within 2 rings and actually answered my questions about the fan installation. She made me an installation appointment for 1 WEEK later. The LICENSED electrician and his helper arrived ON TIME and did the install of 2 bathroom fans. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me the work. IT WAS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Good service still lives. 5 STARS!

P.S Another Home Depot service provider called a week later and left a unintelligible message. Another called after Frontline had already completed the job.

We were so impressed by the professional service that we received last month, when we needed a new GFI outlet installed and an old outlet replaced in our hall bathroom, that we had Frontline come and install new lighting and a new vent fan/light combination in the same hall bathroom this month to complete our remodel. The initial job was a relatively small job, but the quick response we received and the ease in which we were able to get an estimate and then schedule the work to be done was great. I've had issues in the past with getting companies to even return my phone calls, let alone show up on time to give an estimate. The communication with me by Frontline was really appreciated--both by text and e-mail. Ricci had some difficulty installing the new vent fan, but he quietly worked on the problem and it looks and works perfectly. He protected my new cabinets and vanity while he was working on the lighting and cleaned up beautifully.
We will definitely use Frontline for any electrical work we need in the future and would highly recommend them.

I needed my 'obsolete'(per Inspection) main electrical panel replaced and relocated for my Mobile Home. Mr. Gary came, gave us ideas and quote, including some of the future lighting plans. After the agreement, Mr. Ricci and his associate, Mr. John arrived as scheduled. They were courteous and professional. Their knowledge and expertise are evident by their excellent work. I highly recommend them! 10/10 Thank you!

Juan was extremely professional, efficient, and so clean! You couldn’t even tell any work had been done in the room aside from a brand new fan appearing on our ceiling. We’re so grateful, the fan he installed looks and feels great!

He was so polite throughout the process. Juan even asked if he could dispose of the box for us, but we elected to keep it for a period of time. So thankful! Would highly recommend!
