10/23/23 I went in for a quick bite to eat during my lunch break. Diana was working the front counter and had just dealt a rude customer prior to our interaction. She provided me with great customer service and struck up with other customers at tables as she worked. Keep up the excellent job Diana!

I often stop by this Carl’s Jr. to get the star nuggets! The 2/$5 is a great deal for a college student like me. What makes the star nuggets so great is that they always come out fresh, hot, and delicious. Every other day when I come by Brenda is always working the drive through. She always remembers who I am and her positive attitude makes my day. She goes beyond great customer service and I can relax knowing I’ll always have those hot, fresh, delicious nuggets ready for me!

Quick lunch pickup on my way to Sacramento International Airport. Had the Jalapeno Angus Burger & Fries...Good choice!

Well I went through the drive-thru and all I got was a famous star with cheese, but the service was super friendly nice and the burger was absolutely perfect all the way to the last bite

This is a really nice Carl's Jr and they have really good service and it's amazing that they accept coupons and they are very friendly and it's always clean inside of there and there's never a mess all over the place. Some of the workers are not very friendly to the other coworkers and have a power Trip but other than that it's a really nice place to eat and I would highly suggest it for anyone. Note to self the bathrooms are not open or available

So far so great!
I only had a sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich with curly fries, but everything was perfect. The biscuits were excellent. Light, fluffy, and held together nicely. The eggs were cooked well too. They weren't dry, and over done like in most locations. I was extremely happy with my order, and I look forward to my next meal here. Well done everyone! Nice job!

I only went through the drive-thru here and there were no other cars or people in the facility since the COVID rules apply. However I did some substitutions on my order and they followed through correctly. 😁
Usually my orders are always incorrect. Was so happy. Cheese subbed correctly, fries subbed and cooked correctly.. etc.. The cashier was friendly and Covid-19 protected, our food was hot,order was correct and outside the facility was clean!
Great job Manager!

Great location safe it's easy to access

Came at night hungry as usual *i tend to get the hunger in the night* great staff and meal I asked what they recommended and they showed great customer care and the food 9/10 and ima picky guy but yea not much to say eles but good food joint

Had me one the best tasting Diet Cokes I've ever had. The syrup and carbonation mix was an amazing end to my long day. They got my special order stuff perfect.

The burger was awesome I had the new pastrami burger. I ordered it with two smaller patties instead of the huge Patty and it was great. I added jalapenos and it was just awesome. The place was clean and the bathrooms were also clean. I am on the road alot so that is always a huge plus.

I went there twice today, and once another time. EVERYTIME, this one boy is there. He is customer service oriented, and he is running the show!! The first time I went, there was another guy that pretty much ignored me. Then, the other guy (I wish I knew his name), came up and was very apologetic and compensating towards me just being ignored. He’s very polite. ANYWAYS, not to mention that we were there around 3pm. I went back there around 10 pm and he was still working (assuming the he’s possibly been there all day.). He’s a very nice guy and it’s awesome that he’s still so polite, while having the pressure of running that place (because there was only one other person there helping him). As a Customer Service Specialist myself where I work, I approve!! 👍🏻

P.S. the food is GREAT! Awesome hamburgers.

I feel like Carl's Jr gets slept on a lot. Had it for the first time in 6 years and it was so good.

Didnt actually get to meet Carl Jr when i visited but I'm hoping he is there the next time I go. Seems like a good guy.

1 manager and 1 employee kicking butt at the drive thru. They need x2 pay for the many hats there wearing. I hope the owner wakes up and gets them much needed help.

First time coming here, it was at the end of my shift, so I just wanted to grab a quick bite before heading back home in Vacaville. They weren’t very busy, the girl was super nice make sure my order was correct, and I got my burger super fast, and it wasn’t bad at all it was actually one of the best ones I’ve had from a fast food restaurant.

Drive through is fairly quick when there is a line.

After being a "regular" here for almost 6 months(using me being almost underweight as an excuse), I've gotten to know the staff quite well. Especially the morning crew. The girl manager working mornings has been nothing but kind and courteous, no matter how her day is or no matter how busy they are. That's how food service staff should be everywhere! I know a lot of people in the night shift as well and they've always been extremely pleasant too. It can take a little longer than other fast food restaurants to get your food, but that's because they don't pre-make the patties or chicken in bulk and let it sit for hours like other places do. I've worked at a lot of fast food places for a while - I KNOW when things have been sitting around for hours - and at this Carl's jr. I've never once had food like that. These guys are great.

I might be partial but in the world of fast food restaurant chains, many offer burgers and sandwiches and they are not always too different from each other. Carl's zesty Santa Fe is rather unique and a pleasure to eat.

Met a sweet lady that put a lot of change on the counter to buy french fries. I asked her if she wanted an entire meal and she said yes, really?
I also asked her does she have a preference and she said no, surprise me!
I said ok and all along while I was speaking with her she had an unclean smell I looked past it and blessed her in spite of.
I don't know this lady and I pray whomever reads this that it you can help someone don't hesitate it be a blessing for someone.
