I went on the soft opening night. This turned out to be very informative. I was able to talk with experts about different wines and bourbon. I went in only to purchase a bottle of whiskey but came out with whiskey, wine and some Moet. Thanks to the staff from the front door to the cash register. Everyone was so nice.

I recently visited Total Wine & More in Vacaville and had an outstanding experience. Ty went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift. Went to the new store in Vacaville and they have great customer service. I was helped by Brianna she was very informative, explaining the append how I can gain points by shopping and using the app. I will be shopping there more often than going to pleasant hill stores. Thank you for having employees who don't mind assisting.

Been to other Total wines, but we loved this Vacaville one. I highly recommend it. Bri was very professional and resourceful. Get Bri a raise, rhank you for your hospitality

Amazing new store layout. This is an awesome opportunity for the local community. A very nice evening full of wine tasting, food and ribbon cutting. The store is huge and spacious. The humidor is bigger than normal. The beer cooler is an automatic walk-in. The representatives were plenty involved. The classroom is nice and big. Nice selection of the different years of cognac and a de fussigny.

Had the pleasure of attending the grand opening, and I was quite pleased at the store. Lots of space and selection! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am hoping this continues for a long time to come.

I like to give a shout out to the manager Roberto. I purchased some wine at this location last week. One of the bottles went bad quickly. I called and talked to another manager. He informed me to bring back the wine for a refund. I did just that today. Roberto had the cashier give me a wine bag. It contained two wine glasses and coupons. I thought that was a very nice gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks again

We did a free beer tasting with Tom and Tom and they were amazing! Not only were they super knowledgeable, but they were crazy generous with the pours. I’m telling everyone that I know. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome selection of wines, beers and spirits. Definitely a one stop shop. Prices are very keen. Will definitely visit again.

I’m so glad to see this come to town. I enjoyed shopping here in Washington state and now can experience it here! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to the classes on wine I hope they offer.

Way better selection then any Max beverage store.... the atmosphere is amazing in this place with plenty of choices from familiar to unknown highly recommend

definitely a go to place for top shelf alcohol. I can't believe I read a 1 star review. had to be from a competitor, not a customer.

The name is exactly what it is, you can find a wide variety of spirits, different types of tools for what ever type of bottles or cans you want to open right there.
