I signed up for a new policy 2 weeks ago. great overall experience with Veronica Mariscal! then 2 weeks later i was rear ended at a stoplight and my new insurance company wasn't responding when i tried to file a claim. i was really annoyed, BUT Veronica just, out of the blue called to see if i had any follow up questions, so thankful she did. she is now calling to try and help me out and get them to respond to me.

she has been a fantastic broker and help through all of this.

Great experience with Acceptance Insurance! Being from another country it was quite difficult to find the correct insurance, however I set up an appointment to get more info. I was helped by Jillian & Lou. They were very professional, helpful and super easy to work with. After just a few minutes of paperwork, my insurance was all in place. I must say that this has been the best experience for me while shopping for car insurance. I usually hate shopping for any kind of insurance because it takes so long but Ms Veronica P was very knowledgeable. She really knows her job . Got out of there quick . This office is TOP NOTCH, I Came in and got some set up by Jennifer on my newly purchased car and she gave me different options with coverage and found me the best plan to get set up with on my budget and based on my needs and even helped me get all the paperwork together for my financing company .After getting my first bill, I came in and was able to pay at the office and was helped by Brittany, her customer service was on point as well. Quick precise and friendly and I can tell she really knew her stuff, might coming back to get some renters insurance as well since they cover that also, the customer service I got from these two was excellent I’ll be going there for all my insurance needs and highly recommend to my friends and family.
