John and Deborah have been managing my properties for about 3 years. They have done a very good job and we have reliable, responsible tenants. Property management in Vallejo is not easy and over the years we had to evict a tenant, fix the roof, deal with rats, patch after earthquakes etc. John and team managed it all professionally and I have never had to worry about my property.

The realtor at Home 4 All Realty who helped us sell our home and buy our new home was Evelyn Harris. Evelyn is the absolute best. Her knowledge in real estate is impeccable. Her customer service is excellent. Evelyn along with Debora Graftaas made the overwhelming experience of selling and buying a home go as smooth as possible. It was a pleasure doing business with Home 4 All Realty. We appreciate them and we are forever grateful.

This place is terrible. I have rented their unit for about 4 years. Lots of things were broken and never got fixed. And when I moved out. They charged me for anything that they come up with to keep the deposit. Even non existing ones! They charge for example so called unpaid garbage bills, while my bills are current! They can’t even provide me with the bill/statement! The landlord, Manny, is horrible. Keeps breaking promises, and never finish any repairs. And when I moved out, he charged me for repairing his own mess (again no bills/statement). John Cummings, the broker, he is useless. I have requested bills for the charges and yet he is unable to provide all of them, just severals to which I agree.

Worse place to get your property management, specially by John Cummings. You're better off giving your property to a kid to manage it!!!!!!!!!! He has good salesman words to trick you.

They do not know anything when asked about their properties. Save yourselves and go to prestigious real estate companies. Save your money

it's a shame that a representative of this company did lose one day of work to my husband just not notifying us that the property that we wanted to rent was no longer available, was very unprofessional the truth, let very bad the company representing
