New Balance Factory Store Vacaville

I love the new balance store in the vacaville outlets. It's located right next to the north face outlet and almost always has a buy on get one 50% off special. The shoe options are amazing and the employees are always helpful and courteous

A win for a quick shoe shopping venture for my son. Prices are cheaper than retail if that isn't enough hit the clearance section. Will definitely be back !

Nice store front, a large selection of shoes for all ages, great sales. They have a 45-day return policy and, if you signup for their buyer program, they can look up your receipt.
They have a friendly staff and are knowledgeable about their products.

Very good associates handling a Karen who wanted to exchange her recently purchased shoes for another more expensive pair. The associate repeatedly explained that it was not possible to do what she was asking and then Karen tried to make a scene and take her slow time getting her refund situated. All the while the associate very respectful and calm. Good place. Good shoes. Good God Karen's have no chill.

I have been wearing new balance shoes for some years now and have never visited this location until now. Just wanted to shout out Daniel for outstanding customer service. He explained all the sizes, promotions, verified what I needed and balanced other customer at the same time. I've been in retail for over 20 years now and I know how hard it is to find someone thses days that knows the true meaning behind customer service . Great job, will be shopping here going forward. New Balance is super slept on. They have some very good quality stuff for way cheaper prices.
