I was recommended this place by a friend and I am glad I took his recommendation because I am very pleased with the work these guys did on my Prius. I needed new brakes and wheel bearings, which they fixed excellently and in a timely manner. They gave me a great and honest overall assessment of my car and I really appreciated their service- I will definitely return for their service when I need to.

I have taken my car here for major repairs and simple oil changes and every time the service is top notch. Dave, the office staff and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and straight forward and most importantly they are honest. I recommend them 100%!

I’ve only had my Honda Pilot serviced here a few times after moving into the area. What a great shop! They’re honest, trustworthy, friendly and communicative. I really appreciate the online inspection report with pictures. I can see why they have so many positive reviews on social media. This is definitely the place to bring your vehicle. I have never taken my car into a auto shop other than the dealership. Last month I took my car to Automotive Excellence. I was extremely satisfied with the courteous customer service and the outstanding work done to my car. My car was in and out during the time I was told. I will continue to bring my car into your shop. Thank you for making my service so easy.

My prepaid maintenance package with the Toyota Dealer ran out, so I was referred to Automotive Excellence by a family member. I’m so glad I was because they had excellent service! The car drop off was easy (though sometimes parking is sparse is the area to drop your car off) and they’re so friendly.

When your service is complete, they call you and also send you a link to view your vehicle inspection before you even get back to pick up your car. I was also told that my next service would be a major service, which made me feel better because I knew what condition my car was in and I could plan for my next service financially. Everyone was so friendly and the service was excellent, so I will definitely be a returning customer.

Bonus, they vacuumed out the front of my car as a part of the service and wiped all windows. Definitely unexpected but it shows they go above and beyond and care for their customers.

I took my Prius to a different automotive shop in January 2022 because the engine needed to be replaced and my family knows the owner and used the shop in the past. They had my car for months and when I finally got it back, there was an engine light on (indicating an issue with the gas line) and they told me they had no clue why it was there because they didn’t touch anything related to it. I drove the car for a couple of months until the gas problems became too inconvenient and I was at a point where I could leave my car for the indefinite amount of time it would no doubt take at the shop. This was in March 2023. They told us a few times that they would “get to it” when we asked for updates which became very frustrating when five months went by with no progress. We finally made the decision to ask for the car back to get it towed to Automotive Excellence.

Automotive Excellence is an absolutely incredible shop. We explained the situation over the phone and right away, they had some ideas about why my car was messed up. We got the car towed over from the first shop and they had it for less than 24 hours total. They kept us constantly updated and fixed the problem entirely (turns out the other shop put some wiring back wrong and left one thing completely unconnected when they replaced my engine). The customer service was fantastic, the technicians clearly know what they’re doing, and I was blown away by the amazing experience. My car drives smoother and quieter than after the engine was replaced and I was finally able to fill up my gas tank the way that I could almost two years ago. Automotive Excellence has earned my loyalty and respect and I will go to them for any mechanical needs in the future. I absolutely recommend the shop and will tell everyone I know to go there. Was helping a family friend take care of an issue with their car and got to a point that was beyond my experience. About 30 years ago I had started to explore the automotive mechanic trade and had a fairly impressive list of certificates behind my name.
Who would've thought that the technology and troubleshooting aspects in modern automobiles would've changed?
My research into finding a reputable local shop very distinctly brought me to Automotive Excellence. They were responsive to my multiple questions and concerns via the Yelp app messenger and they were not even open that day.
After the diagnosis, they went over everything with me, gave me time to contemplate the job and even allowed me to talk directly with the mechanic. The job was fairly expensive, but the price was in line for the cost of the part, and the time it took to do the job. To be clear, the charge was appropriate, and in no way did I feel over charged.
From the excellent communication from the front desk to the thorough work in the shop, I could not be more pleased with the outcome of this. There was no pressures to do unnecessary work, they made a recommendation for a axle shaft/CV joint that was making noise. As I drove away, I could hear the telltale click of the CV joint. This is something that we can take care of at a later date and is not extremely urgent at the moment.
I would absolutely recommend this shop to my friends and family. If I condense this to a few words I would just say, Highly Skilled, Honesty, Integrity & great communication.

I brought my car in because it was making a ticking sound and within 2 hours they had the issue figured out. Darlene made it the easiest and most enjoyable experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Her communication was phenomenal. Not only did they figure the issue out fast but I added things on I wanted replaced while there and they had the car all said and done the next day. The prices were very fair for the work that was done. I highly recommend automotive excellence for any automotive repairs

These guys are awesome. They diagnosed and fixed the issues on my car super fast. I have never had a better experience with a repair shop. I also thought it would be more expensive, but they were more than fair. If you care about your car, and it has trouble, take it to this shop.

My friend, who had been a customer here for 40 years, told me that they are the best in the business. She was absolutely right. What a concept: an HONEST auto repair shop. The problem was diagnosed immediately and repaired on the spot. They now have a customer for life.

This was my first time using Automotive Excellence and it was a very good experience. I went there for routine maintenance on my Lexus. Everyone I encountered at Automotive Excellence seemed competent and happy with their job.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my 8am appointment so was sitting by the locked office door when a fellow poked his head out of the open Bay door, smiled, and said "We'll be with you in just a few minutes Deanna". That made such a good first impression and that feeling continued.

They seemed busy but not stressed or rushing. They gave me a free car wash as part of their service. Upon check-out, they gave me information about the state of my tires and brakes. They also suggested the timing of my next maintenance. I got good information but not pressure.

I highly recommend Automotive Excellence !

Always a pleasure getting my Honda Civic serviced here. This time I needed a minor service. Was told I needed a new battery, because mine was 5+ years old and testing low.
I really value and respect their inputs/opinions. I know if they say I need something, I do! In spite of the high priced batteries, which are that way everywhere, glad I had it replaced. I now know I won't be stranded in the near future, nor have it on my mind and be worried about it.
Dave and team are fantastic! I always feel safer in my car knowing they are making sure it's in top condition.

2/8/23: Adding new feedback:
So my car hit a small island...was getting dark and in looking for traffic, got too close and went over the island with the left tires. Since my Honda Civic sits low to the ground, I scraped the bottom of the front end of my car. Dave put it up on a lift and inspected the bottom. He said I smooshed the holder/frame for the radiator, luckily no leaks, so far. He said to keep an eye on it. He also trimmed and remounted my skirt, because it was now dragging on the ground.
When I asked how much I owed him? He said nothing. What business does that?? Automotive Excellence! They value their customers, for sure! I really appreciated his expert opinion and generosity. Amazing team!! Love going to Automotive Excellence!! Honest work, reasonable repair rates and I trust that my car is safe when they take care of it. I have an oil change scheduled in a couple of months, so hopefully it will continue to not leak. Dave and team, thank YOU again! :)

Have been going to Automotive Excellence since its existence, back in the '80s and three Honda cars ago, (Prelude/Accord/Civic EX).

No matter the issue, whether an oil change, maintenance or repair, I am very confident that it will be done efficiently, correctly and that costs are are reasonable, no price gouging here. They provide loaner cars if needed.

They also offer discounts via mail (house and E-mail), so their marketing and advertising are very much appreciated. I try to take advantage of the discounts whenever I can.

The service is excellent, they have earned their name!! Friendly, courteous and professional staff. What I appreciate the most is their honesty in knowing that if I'm told my car needs a certain repair, it does!

My husband also takes his Toyota Tacoma here for services. We have nothing but positive thoughts to say about this business and would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and their care. Thank you so much! :)

Very pleased with the work done here on my Subaru Outback. Dave is awesome. Upon first meeting Dave, I knew I could trust his advice. I’ve been bringing my Acura and Mazda to Automotive Excellence for years. I keep coming back because of their reliable service and repairs that are done in time. If any extra repairs are required, they call and advise of the problem and cost. they’re a pleasure to work with.

My old Toyota PU finally failed smog after squeaking by for the last several years. Dave Erikson and crew nailed the issues, including a dead catalytic converter and various other components. After they worked on it, my truck passed with no problems at all

This is my regular mechanic and will be as long as I live here. Excellent service, all jobs effectively and efficiently done, friendly staff, and great prices. One of the best car shops I've ever used, over 55 years of driving. Thanks, friends!
