Breakfast was great...homemade sausage, which I like, was very flavorful also...Our server, Angel was polite and smiled A LOT lol. Very clean 😋 Black Bear Diner is recommended in Sonoma...

Great atmosphere, huge diner menu choice & brilliant service. Clean restrooms too. Starbucks Oxford service station UK, could do with a lesson from you, in how decent customer sanitation should be presented. Well done. 👍🏻

Food is excellent, service is awesome.
I really enjoy going there and feeling I am appreciated as a person and not just a customer. I eat at Sonoma Black Bear frequently and enjoy taking friends there. They have food for all occasions and diets, it is very good and served promptly.

Ray took care of me even before I arrived. Bread pudding is to die for 😋 Our waiter Tyler was on point with our items and not to short change the cook because he made sure everything tasted good. Will definitely go again. 💖

This is the diner in town. So reminiscent of the family restaurants I remember as a kid. Food is hearty and plentiful. Service is outstanding! Oh and the bear claw pastry is delicious!

Good Food. .... Lots of food, always some to take home..... Great prices..... Country vibe..... nostalgic music. Feels like coming home with their comfort food menu ...... ( OH and I love to read the unique " newspaper menu" throughout the meal...... to see when other Black Bears restaurants started in the west and what happened in THAT town, some years ago, at the Black Bear Diner you are eating at the time.)

Food fixed perfectly, restaurant is very clean. Servers are there with coffee and everything before needed. A great dining experience

Wow.. This was a great find for us... the steak and eggs were awesome.. steak was very tender.. the portions HUGE.. special recognition for our server Joshua who was attentive and on top of everything we needed...made a difference!!!

We started off the evening thinking we were gonna go somewhere else and someone mentioned Black Bear Diner. We stumbled in and looked at the menu. The Sliced Turkey open face with gravy etc caught my eye. Wasn’t sure what to expect. It was a huge place of juicy sliced turkey with the perfect amount of gravy and redskin mashed potato’s. I forgot to take a picture but it was so good. I highly recommend this to finish off a day of wine tasting in Sonoma.

We love going to Black Bear Diner, but when we get your (their) take-out, it is wonderful, too. Thank you for years of great food and great service in beautiful Sonoma Valley.

Can never go wrong with Black Bear Diner! I went the other day with a friend and our server, Lupita, was such a sweetheart to us! Definitely one of my favorite places to eat!

One of my best places for breakfast lunch or dinner . Huge portions and food is always delicious and well served.

Came here while visiting family in America as they suggested to come here for breakfast and I was delighted with the food I received here, honestly probably the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten the food was just great and the menu had such a wide selection it was amazing
