The rooms were clean and the service was great and the staff were helpful and respectful and kind and they told us up front that they don't have breakfast anymore there honest workers

After reading the reviews, my family and I were a bit worried about booking our stay. We decided to risk it and were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The place was pretty much exactly what we expected for the price. Yes, it definitely could have used some updating, but then of course we wouldn’t have been able to get such a great value. We had two rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms had a little bit of drywall damage from excess moisture, there was a leak in the water tank in one of the toilets, there was a little bit of a funky smell in one of the rooms (disinfectant spray fixed that), all minor issues. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave us some great recommendations for places to see during our stay.

The clientele is an assorted bunch and the hotel could use and is getting some TLC. I don’t think it’s an ideal spot for families with young kids, but seasoned travelers perfect. I take the time to write this review because the staff were great From Millie the manager to Patricia and Liz handling the front desk and genuine to the guests, to the maintenance guy with short hair and baseball hat was helpful for things that were not his responsibility so everything flowed smoothly and the night guy who went above and beyond while certainly keeping a good eye on the place in the evenings. All in all a great team that work well to take care of the good people while managing the chatter. The place has a few worts, but the staff certainly shine and in the end it’s about people and being looked after while traveling to new places.

We had a great experience. I was concerned when we first pulled up. It looks kinda rough on the outside. The staff were excellent and make up for the outside appearances.

From my first phone call to make a reservation at the front desk was a delight - helpful, friendly, informative and kind. We stayed here at the beginning and end of a long trip and found the rooms to be well appointed, newly renovated and clean. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was well done. We would happily stay at this hotel again.

Very professional staff and well operated hotel in a location that provides easy access to hwy 80. It is a very residential and normal commercial kind of area. You are definitely going to be driving somewhere else if you stay here, because it is not a pedestrian friendly kind of touristy neighborhood by any means. You know, unless you have friends down in the neighborhood or some such, which seems a perfectly pleasant place of tree lined streets and single family homes. Just no attractions or anything.

5 stars as it relates to Super 8. By far the best one we've ever stayed in. Balcony rooms, big and clean. It is close to Six Flags, so plenty of kids roaming the halls. Easy on and off to interstate. Would stay here again

Very clean, nice big beds, microwave, big flat screen TV, fridge, nice bathroom, iron, coffee maker and nice location. I would stay there again, no questions asked. Breakfast in the morning just made it better.

Definitely not boring, plenty of character, the staff, and the house keepers are very friendly and accommodating. Just make sure that if your staying another day, please pay before 11am, don't come wit no drag keep it 100%. Pay up or raise up.

It has been remodeled & is just gorgeous! Very impressed. I was getting a room for a friend, a disabled Vet. The front desk was great & very helpful. I want to stay there myself.

I'm so happy this place because near to school for my 2 children and near to my school to my youngest son and near to my work and I love to staying here at super8 motel Vallejo California and all stuff is very friendly clean room. Clean towels everything inside at the room's is so clean and I give a 5 star.

The night front desk employee (Johnny) was extremely helpful, funny & attentive. He made my check-in experience awesome & easy.

Better than the ratings and very clean, large room with mini fridge and microwave. The only negative was my daughters cell phone was stolen and cleaning staff don’t speak English.

Front desk was friendly staff was nice beds were hella comfy an if you smoke ask for a balcony room you can smoke there as long as you close the door so smoke won't go in your room.

Very clean, spacious rooms. The rooms were not right on top of one another, and had a sense of privacy.

It's located right as you exit the freeway, rooms are always cleaned, service is very nice, & there is breakfast every morning!

Very helpful front desk. I was very well taken care of. Awesome customer service from desk attendant. (If she wasn't a manager she should be)!
