Absolutely amazing insurance company! Michelle’s agency goes out of their way to make sure they are meeting clients specific needs and personal budgets. Hailey Anglin at the Allstate insurance agency is a fantastic agent. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and is always willing to help with any questions or concerns.She able to give me a good quote. Michelle was great about reviewing my old policy and making sure I was fully covered; and Allstate was less costly than the my previous carrier. Additionally, her office has been responsive, professional and they are very knowledgeable. I have referred friends and family to them.

I switched to Allstate this past year for my business and it ended up being the right choice. For almost the same rate I had with the previous provider, I am getting much better coverage and personal service. Michelle and her staff are wonderful to work with and have been diligent about getting the answers to questions or making sure I was lined up with the proper coverage. I'm looking forward to a long-term relationship with this office.

Michelle is very helpful. She has fixed things, made me feel better about an accident and always has a YES and an answer to a question. She and her whole team make me feel like their only client. She is very good at what she does and nice. Both rare these days.
