8 Dragons Restaurant - Sold and closed

Great food and wonderful owners and staff. Very accommodating for dietary restrictions. The birds nest was delicious, the wine bar is attractive and there is outdoor seating.

We had dinner last night chosing this restaurant for the second time in the past two months. Both times the food was excellent, the service was friendly and the food was hot when it arrived at our table.
My husband only orders sweet and sour pork any time we eat at a Chinese restaurant and he said it is the best bar none. I had the walnut shrimp as it is a gluten free item and it was amazing.
During our meal the owner came to check that we were happy and was very friendly.
I give this restaurant a big thumbs up!

Stopped in at 8 Dragons for lunch today, Sep 11, 2019. had the sweet and sour pork and my mother had the vegetable lo mein. This is a very clean and modern venue, with the ability to sit outside in a shopping plaza. The lunch menu is vast, but you can order off the regular menu.

Along with the lunch entree comes a choice of hot and sour soup or egg drop soup. I had the hot and sour and it was the gateway to things to come. The sweet and sour pork has been removed from every menu in Chinese restaurants surrounding my home in Alabama. It was a meal my wife and I enjoyed twice a month in Korea, where Chinese restaurants abound. My entree was like reliving a fond memory. Good job on the meal chef!!!

This is a venue I highly recommend and a menu that will please every palette. Service was sensational and the facility very clean and pleasant.

Amazing Chinese food! Lovely Dry Creek Valley wines! Great conversations with Healdsburg locals who bring their beautiful dogs to the patio!

There's a tremendous amount to love about 8 Dragons. But you better hurry, because the owners are closing their wonderful restaurant soon and retiring!

Had dinner last night and the food was fresh and tasty. I disagree with the other review, nothing pre packaged. Generally Chinese restaurants make steamed buns in batches and freeze them then pull them out as needed so I understand the misstep from the prior review. The vegetables were crisp and fresh and the duck breast was amazing.

As we work our way through all of our local restaurants during this pandemic to support them I was truly wowed by 8 Dragons. The food was amazing for curbside take out, the prices reasonable, generous with portion size, and because they ran a few minutes behind they graciously gave us a couple of Sapporo ice cold beers to take home with our meal. We will DEFINITELY be returning! If you haven't been, do, you won't be disappointed.

Everything was perfect. Angel our server was very helpful & made sure we had all we needed during our meal. We had the spring rolls w/roast duck. Delicious! We also highly recommend the Chicken Asparagus on black bean sauce. Will be back soon. Flying high after a wonderful meal at 8 Dragons. 😀

My partner and I love bringing our girls here,it's our favorite restaurant in town. The food is amazing. We always order crispy beef and crispy tofu and our girls love the Crab Rangoon and the kids chicken fingers. Love the staff and owners. Great service! 10+

Chris and Gina, the owners of 8 Dragons, are absolutely wonderful. Always accommodating and generous hosts. The food is excellent! So happy that we have a Chinese food restaurant north of Windsor! I can't say enough about this place. I really enjoy the food and the people.

2nd time here, and the food was just as good as the first time. Beautiful wine bar with a good happy hour. The owners are usually on site keeping an eye on both the service and food quality which is always a good sign.

Great wine bar and food, the only restaurant that serves Papapietro Perry pinot noir but the glass in Healdsburg and at a great price! Other restaurants that serve this great wine only sell it by the bottle due to the expense. Ate there the other night and had the cashew chicken. It was very good with fresh vegetables and chicken and a good sauce, and they were generous with the cashews which most Chinese restaurants are not.

Ate here for the 1st time last night; it certainly won’t be the last time. Simple, but classy decor; great service, well-prepared food - very fresh! Nice to have a good restaurant the locals can afford.

Got takeout here a couple of times, DELICIOUS!!!!! Going to dine in tonight. Very good tasting food, good prices. The reason we r dining in is because it looks like a nice place to sit down and enjoy the night.

Loved. Food is very healthy and good and the service was excellent. They even brought dog biscuits on a nice tray for our 3 dogs.

Delicious dinner tonight! Chicken chow main and egg rolls. Hot and fresh.
Go see them today for lunch or dinner!
Open at 4 on Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday's.

Great service. The Honey Walnut shrimp was the bomb. Miso soup was on point too.
