Alderbrook Pet Hospital

Alderbrook is the best! They have such a caring and compassionate crew. They have seen me through many routine visits with my pets, and some really complicated and emotional ones. Hand down one of the most dedicated places to putting your pets health and comfort first. I don’t know where I would be without them. Thank you Alderbrook :) I recommend them to anyone who will listen.

We recommend Alderbrook to our friends, family, and anyone who would listen, really. Alderbrook really puts the wellness of our animals first. They make sure our pup is always as comfortable as possible and always welcome her in with treats and excitement. I've never felt pushed to do or buy any unnecessary meds, procedures, or tests, the way other vets can. We feel really lucky to have found Alderbrook.

It took me a while to be able to write this review. Last year June, my dog was hit by a car and I needed an emergency vet. Someone recommended this clinic. When I ran in the back door with my dog in my arms, the staff immediately took her from me and rushed her into their treatment room. No questions, no hesitation. They were there to try and save my dog. They were so very kind to me, allowing me to catch m breath, cry when I needed to. Unfortunately my dog didn't make it. They kindly offered me time to sit with her as long as I needed. I was not bothered with questions about bills and the ability to pay. I was lucky to have friends there with me, but the staff at Alderbrook was incredibly kind and supportive. I ended up taking her home to bury her. But I'm forever grateful to them for trying to save her.

So grateful to have Dr Hart and the whole staff at Alderbrook! They have been so caring and helpful and always very accommodating to any special needs we have! I will always be confident in their care with my fur family!

Dr. Hart took a lot of time with our two cats. And she took time to explain to us about the results of her exams of the cats. Paige is also to be commended for her work with the cats. She gets right on the floor to capture them if needed. Thank you Paige for carrying them to and from the car!

All the staff there are great. Dr hart is honestly amazing she is very skilled. She has done surgery's in the past that left no scar of any kind and can tell they just had to been done with extra care. I brought my cat in to her that other vets said the only answer is put him down and by the look of him I'd say I can't blame them I was really feeling it was his time as tuff as that is but something told me I needed to see what dr hart thinks. My cat boo boo is his name has kidney cancer so we were sure this was the reason he wasn't walking/eating really at all he looked bad. But dr hart had a enough experience and understanding that this could be more then that going on so in short we ended up treating for a infection and it quite literally brought him back to life. He is still running around today happy as ever and I know if I was not lucky enough to crossed paths with dr hart this would not be the case today so u can maybe understand how I feel about her. My dog Lucy is scared of slippery floors even though the floors there are not that slippery they could tell she was uncomfortable so they brought out a mat for her to walk on. Lucy and I guess myself as well also have separation anxiety and they let me stay by her side the whole time witch really made the experience so much better for all of us. The extra steps they take for my situation couldn't be more appreciated and their care for your animas is top notch. 10 out of 10 for sure I love these people.

Very caring staff and knowledgeable vet. They have cared for multiple dogs for us over several years. I highly recommend them.

The vets, techs, and really all the staff here give compassionate care and make me feel like my babies are in great hands. They're wonderful with nervous pets, both in demeanor and with advice to help them learn not to be so scared. I love that they offer "happy visits" to help my puppy know they're friendly and the vet is a good place to visit.
I also appreciate the upfront communication on cost for needed procedures that come with a detailed breakdown of why the cost might vary.

Dr. Hart was really great, I felt Cece was in good hands with her and the entire staff.

My significant other took our dog here the other day. He was thrilled and happy to see how much the vet actually paid attention to our dog. Our previous vet had a poor habit of only spending a short time examining our pets. To see her take time to examine and check every single issue our dog was having or could be having was so refreshing. The after visit notes I received were so detailed, I was pleasantly surprised. The vet was open and honest about what steps we needed to take for her care, and set realistic expectations around things such as cost, recovery, and future issues our 10 year old Yorkie could have. We’ll be coming to Alderbrook moving forward and recommending you to anyone who asks.

I cannot say enough good things about Alderbrook. Dr. Hart is everything you could hope for in a vet, compassionate, empathetic, incredibly smart, and thorough. All treatment options are always discussed with us and we never feel pressured. The assistants and office staff are also great, making what could be overall a very stressful experience for you and your pet, more comforting. You’re in great hands if you decide to bring your babies here.

This vet hospital is amazing and I have worked at many veterinary hospitals as a receptionist and a technician! They go above and beyond to help the pets. The vets are very thorough and only recommend things that are actually necessary. They do not try to sell anything to you or make you feel like they just want your money. Feels like a family atmosphere. Multiple doctors have seen my malamute who is a neurotic rescue and they treat him so sweetly and go slow with him since he is anxious at the vet. Just a wonderful experience all around.

I absolutely love Alderbrook. The Vet Techs, the admin staff are friendly, attentive and make you feel that it's ok to leave your pet there. I've had such great experiences with Dr. Hart and Dr. Farquhar, they have shown compassion and expertise with our dogs. Recently Dr. Hart has gone above and beyond with our dog Waylon.

Wonderful team! They go over and beyond to take care of their patients and their clients! They take time to make sure you feel comfortable with the care that’s being offered. They explain and answer questions beyond expectations. They jump on the phone with clients every opportunity they have when not in with another patient and stop what they are doing to answer questions and concerns. You can’t find better care!

This is simply the best place around to take your pet. We have had both our cats Callie and Sylvester in recently. Everything went smoothly with a minor surgery for our cat Callie, and we brought our other cat Sylvester in because he wasn’t eating/ diarrhea. They got us in the next day and took the time to talk to me about all the different options it could be and what steps to take. They recommended a new diet and some meds for him and he’s already back to himself. Alexandra had great bedside manner with Sylvester while he was being given fluids and shots. She held him and pet him as if he was her own! Thank you so much for everything you all do!
