I'm glad to say I have great and trustworthy USPS here in town! Especially, Celly,, who attended me today and she showed great customer service Especially for being in the morning which I know is not easy. Celly deserves a great review to her outstanding service and personality. Will come back here when I need to!

This is the best post office in town. Staff is always helpful, even during a busy moment. This post office location is where everyone goes, it’s like another little center of town. It’s also the place to go for a US Passport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always best to make an appointment in advance for a passport application processing than just drop in. Plenty of parking. This post office is within walking distance of the historic plaza.

I have lived in here for over 20 years. The personnel was always courteous and helpful. One time, by mistake, I had slipped in an unsealed/unmarked/not stamped envelope with an insurance personal check inside. I was frantic as it was just before closing time. One employee did look among the mass of yet unsorted envelopes and found mine. Service does not get better than that.

Helped improve my less than stellar packing job. Nicest post office I've ever been to.

I've lived here for 7 years and use the PO frequently. They're always friendly, offer great suggestions, tell me how I could have saved money by using an alternate type of PO shipping, and are quick. I've lived in Marin and the POs can't compare. I don't understand the complaints. They are very helpful, they smile, are personable, the line moves quickly - even during heavy shipping times like Christmas.

Quick service and very helpful staff. I like the two entries because it as for an easier good of traffic. The staff works like a team. When they are crowded, staff come out from the back and help out people with pick ups. I've been there regularly for a couple weeks and their service has been consistently good.

I wanna thank the Sonoma usps for taking my app to renew my kids passports . I want to remark the excellent service I got from Damian , not only he did he's job but he was very polite respectful but most of all he treat me like a friend. Thank you so much all the Sonoma usps office.

My daughter decoded she wanted to write the president a letter and the staff here was very friendly and helpful. It's nice interacting with people that know how to talk to kids.

The postal employees are always knowledgeable and friendly.
The wait is minimal and the people in line are usually congenial.
My questions are always answered completely.

No issues so far. Personnel have been helpful and courteous at Broadway and El Verano sites.
