Wonderful Surgeon and office staff. My surgery went great and and I am improving each day. Thank you Dr. Roache!

First off, dr roach is great, knows his stuff, explains things well. However, he was 45 minutes late for my appointment. Also, the patient care coordinator seemed incompetent: didn't know prices, her desk was chaotic, she wasn't able to print out a receipt, and I had to call her several times to get her to send me one. Also, the office had unpleasant overhead fluorescent lights,'- it's been well established they are bad for your health and reduce employee productivity.
