Lived in a rental managed by Carol Rogers for 18 months. I was a great tenant to the point that the homeowner bonused me with $100 off my rent over Christmas. I gave notice, paid for professional cleaning per my lease and waited for my LARGE deposit to be returned. Got conflicting stories about why it wasn’t returned each time I inquired - she never contacted me only responded to my inquiries. After two months (the law allows for 3 weeks to return a deposit) I finally copied the homeowner on my email threatening small claims to resolve the issue. The responsible owner immediately apologized and sent me a check for my full deposit. Carol Rogers sent another email with another excuse. Beware of this property management company!!!
