I have to start by saying that my route guy Kurt is great - I couldn't ask for better service on his end... but the company and their response time and pricing are really bad! Every time I make a change it takes over a month to get the change into effect. My pricing has gone up almost 100% over the last year without any change in services, and when I do make a change it's used as another opportunity to raise my rates. I also have problems with the way they take care of the clothes... wrong sizes, and worn out long before being replaced. I have uniform service to make myself and my employees look professional but I'm not getting the service I,m paying for. I've owned an auto repair business for over 20 years and if I gave my customers the kind of quality and service that I get from Alsco I would have been out of business long ago. I worked here and it’s back breaking and people are always bullying other people and the plant manager doesn’t do anything about it and if you you do one thing for another machine when you work with Lisa you will get yelled at by her if your not feeding for her and it’s just a bad place to work

Jan extremely rude and difficult to deal with. Their services are overpriced and they don't do a good job cleaning our rugs.

Extremely difficult company to use and not worth it honestly. Look elsewhere!

We have had nothing but conflict with this company. We are frequently in a situation where do not have the lab coats that we need.
