Larry was so incredibly helpful. I almost bought a new laptop because mine was malfunctioning and Best Buy told me it wasn’t worth the cost of fixing. Larry explained to me the what he thought was wrong with it and ran his own diagnostics. He fixed for me in a very timely manner and at an incredibly fair price. He took the time to explain what happened to my laptop and how I could prevent it from happening again. He is very kind and I would go back to him again for any repair issues.

Great experience, excellent service. Larry said he's been in business for 23yrs and it shows, he really knows what he is doing. I brought my gaming computer in to see Larry after I got an error message that wouldn't let me boot the computer. Within 24hrs Larry had found the problem, replaced some parts and fixed my computer for a reasonable price. Overall very happy with the results.

Had an upgrade/replacement for the C drive in my MSI actually in stock (fairly unusual type of drive for a PC) and was able to fit me in the same day I called. Also had upgrades for the RAM in stock. One day turnaround on this was a great plus. Definitely recommend

I took in my laptop that I could barely get to stay on. Larry immediately gave me a few ideas of what could be wrong with it and gave me some price options to think about. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my laptop. He is the most honest person I have worked with in a very long time. He explained every detail I needed to know, and his prices are very fair. I’ll be recommending him to friends and family from now on!

Guys like Larry are so hard to come by nowadays. He is truly passionate about his work and shows when you talk to him. I brought him my pc that wouldn't turn on and he fixed it, right away. I knew after I dropped my PC off, it was in good hands. I had been told by a different pc place that I would have to buy a new CPU and it turns out they were dead wrong. I've been to many different PC repair shops over the years and I'm so happy to say that I've finally found my PC repair guy. He's an expert in his field and I'll happily give him my business any time I have an issue in the future. Thanks again!

Too Long Didnt Read(TLDR): The service and experience was phenomenal. He had a high attention to detail, and I learned a lot from him.

I waited a few days before making this review to ensure the service was genuine.

Now, I don't claim to be experienced in computers, but I do know enough to understand each component and their functions and limitations, but that being said:
I was having issues with blue screening with the error code "whea_uncorrectable_error"(hardware failure) and I would do my own troubelshooting to determine the problem.
I came to my own conclusion that it was either my PSU (power supply) or my NVMe (storage) that was failing.

Now; it being a higher-end gaming computer, the components can be fairly expensive, and I didnt have the proper equipment to inspect components, nor did I have to funds to take a chance at being wrong. So I set aside my ego and took a chance at this place, and I'm glad that I did.

To make a long story short, it turned out to be my NVMe which was the my second assumption, but for a reason I completely overlooked. Little did I know storage drives can overheat, something I didn't even consider as a possibility. and the part to fix my issue only cost me a fraction of the component to replace it.

The price for troubleshooting was a little more than I expected, but I viewed it as paying someone to share their years of knowledge and expertise. The amount of attention to detail and care he took into the job was reassuring, he even pointed out small imperfections in my computer I should consider correcting before they become a bigger issue.

Took my computer in the day after thanksgiving. He was able to diagnose that one of the charging ports was bad and showed me how to charge it a different way. Love this place.

Very helpful works fast fair prices and does good work

Larry the owner was very nice and helpful. My PC wasn't doing it's updates found out that I had a virus. Another PC person recommended free virus you can download that's what caused my viruses.

Fast, reliable, knowledgeable, honest, reasonable. Why go anywhere else to get your computer fixed! Larry has been in business in the same location for over 20 years. After having him fix my laptop, I can see why. Highly recommended!!

Laptop broke. Took to Geek Squad to recover data from hard drive to transfer to new laptop. Told it was to damaged and too expensive to recover any data at all. Larry recovered it ALL in less than 24 hours. Very inexpensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use him for ANY electronic needs!!!!

I recently had a problem getting my laptop to power on after doing an upgrade. I took it here and we looked at the computer together and figured out it was a simple disconnected wire. They then let me name my price since the repair was so simple. After a 20 minute visit I left there with a fully functional laptop.

Anywhere else would charge at least 100 to even run a diagnostic check and would call you back the next day. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend .

This guy was great. Figured out what was wrong with my laptop and had a part in stock to fix it. He is my man from now on. Thanks Larry.

Larry did a great job upgrading my laptop. A brand new OS and no issues.
