This was the only store that had the product we were looking for. The shoe was being purchased without trying them on. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
Upon arriving, we were immediately greeting and asked which item we were interested in. The young man called the item over the radio and it was promptly brought upfront. There were at least 8 employees about the store but only one register manned by one. One person was in line ahead of us. I am not sure whether he was returning, exchanging, or if it was a normal order BUT it took almost 20 minutes. We stood there in line waiting and waiting and waiting. It was frustratingly but once we reached the counter it was quick and painless to checkout.
I would shop here again even with the wait. The shoes were perfect.

I just want to express my gratitude towards the staff of this Foot Locker in Arden Mall. Especially to Angela and Will. They put their best foot forward in quality assistance and customer service. I came out the store like a cop, because the shoe price were a steal! Thank you very much Angela and Will! If there's a will, there's a way!

I went into a Footlocker asking about eco-friendly workout shoes for women. Everyone I interacted with were friendly, professional, and super-knowledgeable. I learned about the Adidas Parley shoes which are made from recycled bottles. I wasn't expecting such great customer service. I hope these Footlocker staff are paid at least a real living wage and then some!

Always great choice for retrieving men wear for almost any occasion.. including US women a nice place to take your spouse to shop always.
