Ralph was absolutely fantastic helping my wife find the right pants for her. His expert guidance allowed us to be in and out really quickly!

Great first experience in this store. Matt and his co-worker were so helpful and patient. Very knowledgeable about all their products and made recommendations I ended up buying. Their products are really high quality and for those not satisfied with the pricing... to be honest I was expecting it to be more expensive. You get what you pay for and there is a lot of value for the money with their products. Companies like North Face and Khul are great products but can be just as or even more expensive. Thank you and looking forward to when I can get back there!

Great gear, even better people

I like this store and like to go when they are open. Sometimes I have gone during normal business hours and the store is closed. It was closed again last night around 7 pm and the website says it is open until 8 pm. Other than the odd hours store is clean and organized.

Manager is really nice and helpful.

Younger Hispanic dude with nappy hair working the register in the morning is not friendly or helpful at all. Snarky and condescending when I had a concern and even told me the wrong information. Know your own products and get a better attitude before working in customer service.
