Huge Costco-like grocery store! I was shocked, after finding parking between oversized carts and abandoned furniture, the store was a Mecca. Giant aisles held a huge selection of food. I felt like I was in Texas.

I was hungry and came in here looking for something quick to eat, and found what I wanted. There’s a bakery section, prepared food bar, hot food ready to go, salads, sushi, sandwiches. I grabbed some boiled eggs and a King Louie crab salad, made with imitation crab meat. It was honestly and unpredictably the best salad that I had in a long time.

The layout of the store is perfect for pandemic grocery shopping. Large spaces allow for great distance between customers.

Plenty of free parking out front.

As always, great prices, great selections, nice bakery selection, deli and meat counters topped off with fresh sushi daily. It's a busy store and like all good markets, there's a line sometimes. Not as much slow cashiers as slow baggers. Its self bagging and some can't see that their poor bagging is holding up the lines. Dont blame the staff. 🙂

Food4Less is a great store. Low prices on majority of their products, especially on fruits and vegetables. You will probably never find another grocery store cheaper on fruits and vegetables than here. The over the counter meats and seafood are great too. This grocery store will not disappoint.

If you are looking for a place with good food and fair prices then look no more. I’m so glad there is a Food 4 Less here in Oxnard. They have good produce, meat and everything you can think off food wise.

The African American cashier was very courteous real nice to me i felt like I was in Beverly Hills.

The store is very well stocked. It had some lower prices on certain cuts of beef which is getting harder to find these days. It is a large and had many different brands to choose. You do have to bag your own groceries. I am used to that.

With this whole covid thing, I try to go to the store after the weekend. So I pick Tuesday mornings about 7:30am. Very few people. Mostly employees stocking shelves. Typically the aisles i go through have no people. So I can zoom through rather quickly. And normally no lines. The store usually has plenty of everything. Rarely do I not get what I came for. Perfect time to shop.

Great place for groceries and for gas ⛽ on one vehicle

I love this store. It was packed today as everyone tried to get in their weekend shopping in the break/let-,up in the rain, and I basically only went in for milk. The guy in front of me in the 14 item Lane has about $100 worth of groceries, and I didn't complain. I knew the cashier, and I knew she would be quick, and I was seated in one of those handicap carts anyway. The prices are always the lowest... And spending my money there gets me a 10¢ per gallon discount on every gallon of gas at food 4 less gas station next door. I've been shopping here about 15 years, and for the most part, it's already great. It's one of the few places that actually cares about handicap people, and doesn't just go through the motions. When their handicap carts break down or stop working the repair, and finally replace them. They have common sense to realize handicap people buy just as many groceries as everyone else, if they can get around the store. It's a bag your groceries place, but they always offer to help me out by helping me bag, and even helping me to my car, even though they don't have to. I will never shop anywhere else as long as I live here.

Store can be a little busy. When I went to check out, the cashier helped buy ringing up extra bakery items i wanted more of. so I could just go grab them on the way out. Great customer service 5 stars!

Today my mother took me & being my first time I was pleased beyond words. It was like walking into a Costco but with better cheaper prices. The selections were more than Walmart. It definitely is the place to go to stock up on what you need. And unlike Costco you don't need a membership card to get in.

They got everything and real good prices .but what I can not understand is quality of the product."for example "I been going to food4less for ample amounts of year's. Back way back I started buying food for the wild birds. That come to my back yard to make my life happy &joyful. I look elsewhere did not find the good price and quality of the food. And the price was good and still good.the only problem is that. Now you get quantity. Not quality...I don't understand why markets do that. Now I have to look elsewhere for this little birdies food. I don't know about. Other customers but me for my person. I rather have quality than quantity. 😊

Whole section of Jamaican food products! Nice!

Haven't been here in years. I normally shop at Wal-Mart, Smart n Final and occasionally Von's. I liked the environment. It wasn't too busy got thru the10 items or less and the cashier was acceptable in her customer service. I stopped shopping at Food 4 Less about 2-3 years ago after terrible service. I liked the store today.

Simply because you're on the go and u like the prices, Freshness. People within a nice other stores,this store is copied buy other's in the food industry some are larger and house more mom and pops type overall food for less is something welcomes all types of people all walk of young people older types

I'm so happy they moved the store into a new building. Everything is so fresh and clean and easy to find. Prices are great. I always knew the produce wasn't great but lately they've had great selection and it's delicious.

The store was recently relocated right next door and it is now way better than before. This store now has a deli, bakery, and an increased amount of products. Like the previous location, there is a recycling center on site as well, although it is a little hidden because it is behind the store. I definitely recommend checking this store out for your grocery needs.

Great values and selection, but takes getting used to.
In most US grocery stores, similar items are all grouped together, but here they are spread out. So for example, green olives are found in about FOUR separate places. Same with lime juice and other products. So to compare options, you have to go all over the store. At least milk and eggs are all in fixed locations.
