I used to go to another WSS when I was younger. This place just brings back a sense of nostalgia. Otherwise the costumer service was fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for any type of shoes.

Great shoe selection. Awesome staff. Smells amazing every time I walk in the door.

Please forgive me but I'm giving it the five stars literally only because of the price of the flip flop sandals that I purchased was a great deal they weren't where they were originally when I bought them the first time it was kind of confusing and having all these workers and stuff there like yeah you got a lot of people greeting you at the door but I mean it was really nobody like even trying to you know like you know when you go into a shoe store people are like literally you know that's that's how I was you know not brought up but that's how I know and how it is when I'm shopping at a shoe store or sneaker store you know but yeah and you could totally tell that I was confused and lost and just wondering you know how to find them myself but that's the only reason why I'm giving it five stars was because of the price of the sandals other than that I mean it's it's like every other time I go to any other store you know there's too many employees just standing around and saying hi to you that's it so yeah that's

It's always a good experience going to this store no matter what time it is. The workers are so helpful and always such a pleasure.

Great selection of shoes, I was at work, needed some shoes on the run, stopped during my break, and found what I was looking for

The only place I go to for my work shoes. I have been in the food industry for about 10 years now. Not gonna lie but recently started to rack up my reward points because why not. Who doesn't like cash back (store credit). Also my work shoes came with a free pair of socks and I have never had a pair like them it may sound odd but they just wrap around the foot well. Thank you all for keeping us stepping with our best foot forward

Very open and spacious place, has wide selection of shoes and workout clothes, I have never waited very long in line as cashiers are quick and tidy, sometimes it's hard to find a worker for help but it's a big deal.

Good help finding the right shoe. When one dress pair we wanted was missing a shoelace staff searched and found a matching replacement. They went out of their way for us. Good prices too.

I'm a bargain shopper and that includes shoes. When I saw this store from the outside I didn't think that they would have any good deals but I was wrong.

They don't price match but they don't inflate prices to make you think you think that they're the only place in the world that's selling at that price.

You know how discount malls like to pretend that every product they have started at $200 and then discount it to a price everyone else is pretty much selling it for too? I hate that and WSS doesn't do funny business like that.

The customer service here is nice. I talked with a couple of workers to see if they had my sizes and such and they were all courteous. Most all of them would ask me if I needed any help if we caught eyes as they were walking by.

This store doesn't always have the best prices. I mainly check against Amazon and what I've noticed is that sometimes Amazon is cheaper and sometimes WSS is cheaper.

Regardless of price I would still drop in because you're able to shop the shoe, as in try it on, walk around in them. You can decide where you spend the money for a pair you liked later.

Was gonna write about my experience either way but I'm happy, so this will be a good post. Long story short, I was refused an exchange of shoes due to a error on my part. After speaking with a manager, she explained in most cases I would be out of luck but she was willing to help me. Cant tell you how appreciative I am and how fortunate. Hope this store continues to keep up the great work. Thanks again!!

We were greeted with respect and offered mask. The workers on the floor were very helpful. The store was nice and organized even amidst the back to school shopping crowd.

Stopped by cuz I've passed by it only on my way to a Fast food restaurant And I've always seen it Full and Even people making line so I finally went in a to see what the Whole Fuzz was about and the really have a Great Variety and Selection of Shoes, Sandals And Even Clothes and Socks with really Good Prices ...

they have so many options when it comes to finding shoes that you are in need of, from running shoes to going out shoes to sandals for women and children. Cute dress up sandals too. I mean wow. they don't get much credit and they really should. awesome place with great deals of shoes

Nice clean friendly store. Found a sale, the place was not overly crowded and it was cool inside... nice because it was a hot day. Location is just off the freeway and has lots of parking.

Great customer service from all the staff including. Always help me get my correct shoe size & also very great help on ordering from other stores for the correct shoe size I need!

Excellent place for shoes and some clothes with different styles for each one of your family, affordable prices and great service.

I love the fact the store is big. Its a very comturble feeling shopping. Cant go wrong with their 50% off on buy one get 50% off.

Honestly I found shoes that I was looking for with in 10 minutes of there at the store and is really easy to find the right kind of shoes that your looking for
