Great prices and extremely fast shipping! I've been ordering from Coast to Coast for about 6 months now and have had great success with their products. On the rare event where a cartridge failed, it was immediately replaced for free and arrived quickly. I"m in MI and the cartridges are shipped from California, usually arriving the day after the order is placed.

I'm extremely impressed with Coast to Coast and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on print cartridges.

Above and beyond. I had an issue with 1 toner cartridge in an order of 4 and because I'm used to, "It's been months, we can't provide a replacement or refund..." I didn't even think twice about it. But these guys called me up and asked me how my toner supply was and I told them it was perfect timing because I needed more. I let Patrick know that I had 1 cartridge that wasn't taking, didn't tell him that I reset the toner supply in the printer, didn't tell him that I tried it multiple printers, just that 1 of them was a dud. Thinking, that's not terrible odds. Better than EZ Ink. Anyway, this guy went ahead and sent out a replacement on top of the order that I made. Are they more expensive than Amazon? Barely (4 x 760 Toners were around $62.00 with C2C v. Amazon at $60.00) Do they have a higher reliability rate? eh... I don't know yet. Do they have a higher level of Client care? You bet your butt. Try these guys. Drop Amazon. You'll thank yourself later.

I have been so impressed with the customer service that has been provided. I just started ordering from Coast to Coast and I feel that I will continue to order from this company in the future. I was walked through all of the steps when I have placed my orders. All of my questions are quickly answered and you just don't get this kind of customer service like this anymore. We've only ordered twice from this company but both times it came very fast, like next day fast. I work at a large high school and when we need toner/supplies it's usually an emergency. The prices so far have been cheaper than Amazon which is amazing to me. I highly recommend Coast To Coast and will be spreading the word to the rest of our schools in the district. I deal with Paula B and Miranda H and they both have been great!

Every order has been fast and accurate. The one time we had problems with one of our toner cartridges (likely froze in transit), she had a replacement on the way within a couple hours of me reaching out.

We recently had to order new printers at work. Alan over at Coast to Coast did a great job at getting us situated. He also reached out to Lexmark on our behalf to see what printer would work best. The new printers are working great and we have little issues with the new ones. Lexmark and Alan at Coast to Coast did a wonderful job at getting everything taken care of for us!

We have been purchasing our printer products from Coast to Coast for many years. You can't ask for better service than you get from Samantha Walter. She is so knowledgeable, but if she doesn't know the answer, she will get back to you with it fast. Calls are always returned and shipments are very fast. The Diamond series products are just like OEM plus they have a guarantee! Strongly recommend Coast to Coast!

Not too long ago I received a call from Teri Hawkins who turned me on to better pricing for our drums and toners. I appreciate a good deal with quality products. When we buy four toners we get a fifth one free of charge. Plus - two 2 pound bags of M&M's - peanut or regular - YUM!!
Our office staff, including the big Man, love it when Teri calls to check on our supply.
FYI - I placed an order on 12.20.2023 and received it the next day. Nice! Thanks Teri and Coast to Coast!

Coast to Coast has been serving my company for over 3 years. Best prices we can find. Bob's customer service comes with some good-natured hustle, but he is always courteous and professional. Have had issues with defective toner, but these were resolved promptly and fairly. Their Diamond series toner is good quality, though be aware it may void your device's warranty. Last year, one of our printers dumped the black toner all over the inside and was ruined. Lexmark wouldn't replace. Not sure if the printer or the toner was to blame (printer was cheap), so not going to put that on C2C. Either way, the savings in toner paid for our new printer.
