Teppan Steakhouse was amazing. They also have a twilight special from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The food was fresh and tasty. The manager was awesome. There are tables outside and a bathroom available too. I loved it. I had steak, shrimp , fried rice and vegetables. It was delicious. I highly recommend it.

Found so many great items at good prices, I spent over $90 there today. Keep it up

Teppan steakhouse has been a favorite of mine for many years now. It's consistently delicious and the staff is always great! You can even bring your own beer or wine. You only have to pay 50¢ for the glass you use. Also make sure to try the white sauce on your fried rice. You can thank me later 😁

Lots of nice things

How I miss the 99 cent store since I left California. This place has lots of cute dia de Los muertos decorations amongst all other things you need. Place is very well stocked and staff is super nice.

Nice place to shop and eat. Olive garden Italian, guitar center,subway, Tappan steak house,Marshall, cozy fox clothing store,99 cents,see candies,floor and decor,enterprise, and all here to shop.

Delicious free fruit samples,a number of organic fruit and veggies stands,come early up to one or two pm,sausage stands and plenty of accessory and novelty selectiond,makes a great Sunday relaxing stroll along the harbor with music entertainment.

Always leave with awesome finds, I usually come for cute outfits, eyelashes,sunglasses, shoes even some brand name make up and purses. Prices are affordable.

Really big lot, we frequent the 99¢ store here, usually to console ourselves after spending at Costco 😅

Costco gas is priced well - and with the newer arrangement, 3 cars can be serviced at the same time per row makes getting gas quick!

Great place to shop at last moment low prices

They take care of their fruits and vegtables a lot better then the one on pleasant valley and channel islands. Its a lot cleaner. The 99 cent store on pleasant valley constantly has rotten fruit and vegtables that they continue to sell.

Love this place. They got olive garden and the 99 for All them things we wouldn't usually buy. For 2.99 lol
