Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Veterans Day, the hubby and I met while serving in the Army, so Veterans Day is extra special for us. T (Like the Letter) is a fantastic server. She is quick, attentive and efficient. She knew what I needed before I did. The free cheeseburgers and endless fries were the absolute best. So yummy! We got orange cream sodas and they were ok. It’s just orange syrup in sprite with a blob of whipped cream. Nothing wrong with it, just not my jam. Everything was clean, including the bathroom and it was pretty busy in there.

Can you say STELLAR customer service?! I placed an order for curbside on the website. Some weird way it was canceled. I called the restaurant and they confirmed it was indeed canceled due to an issue with card payment. After speaking with the General Manager she suggested I come in to remedy the situation and place the order again.

Of course, I didn’t want to have to go in but when I got there I was received well and taken care of quickly. Upon some digging a gift card that was attached to my account seemingly glitched causing the order to cancel. The GM took care of making sure I received the gift card credits. My order was reviewed and received promptly and accurately. Everything was hot and fresh.

Customer was definitely the focus and I truly appreciate being treated as a respectable person and paying customer. Thanks guys for your focus to quality customer service.

Our server was great! She actually got my order wrong, but she ensured i get the correct one quickly. It was late and there was a cold snap when we went, but she kept exceptionally cheerful and positive.
The only thing we didn't appreciate was chairs on top of tables already like the restaurant is closing but it wasnt 9pm yet.

Great place. Clean and friendly staff. Did wait 40 minutes for our food, but it turned out it was worth the wait.

This place has come a long way. Their staff was amazing. They made me feel like my requests were not annoying and they went out of their way to check on me and ensure I was having a good experience. I was so happy I decided to give it another try after about 2 years. Keep up the good work you all!!!

My partner, his daughter and I ate dinner at Red Robin about a week ago before going to the movies. It was a good meal as we've eaten here before. I had the croissant sandwich. My partner had a burger and his daughter had a chicken salad. We ordered wings for the appetizer. Everything was good. We had no complaints. We will return to this establishment. Masks are required upon entry. There's ample parking. It's wheelchair accessible. This a family friendly restaurant. I always love that they have all these pictures and art all over the place. I just love their decor every time I visit. The only thing missing was the statue of liberty holding the burger at this location. We wanted a picture for our Couple with Soul review page. We'll get it at another location I'm sure. Go and enjoy!

Our server on today 9/17/23 Byron was excellent! He was very personable which is very rare nowadays in the service industry. He asked how our day went and if we had plans for the evening! I was impressed! My family and I orders came out fast, hot, and delicious. We will definitely return if we come back to this area since we are from out of town.

10/16/2021: Despite being short staffed, Tanisha, was amazing 👏🏽. There was only 2 waitress on duty on a Saturday evening and she still gave us the attention needed as paying customers. Service and food was above and beyond.

My aunt loved her burger, and I loved the turkey burger that I got. I hadn't been here in many years. The last time I had been there, I was earing beef. So naturally, I thought that they only sold beef burgers. I was amazed that they had turkey and not just beyond beef, which I can't eat either. It was so great to have the turkey burger prepared with the same toppings as a beef burger. Kudos to Red Robin for thinking of us all!

Brittany is an absolute gem of a server, she went above and beyond for us. When my sweet potatoes didn’t come out originally, she corrected it immediately. She is great! Food was bomb. Miss the zucchini fries!

Although the inside was closed for dine in the sever seated my roommates and I for us to put in our take out orders. The waiter was very friendly and thorough when taking our order. We all had diffrent burgers that were very delicious and tried the different fry selections they had as well. We will most definitely dine here more often. Thanks

Our first visit to a Red Robin ever before, we were celebrating a grand daughter returning to school and wound up having a lunch feast. First time ordering items from your tabletop screen was surprising but manageable after a lesson or two. I had to try the bottomless root- beer float. Lunch was great. Thanks RR !

Great food and unlimited fries and drinks. The service is usually great but lately, due to a shortage of personnel which is my assumption, service has been slipping meaning the service wasn't up to my standards.

The service was outstanding. My waiter kept checking on me. He wanted to know how the food was. He kept refilling my coke. The food was top notch. I can not say anything bad about my experience.

This was our first time at this location on Dale and Hanley. I got the chance to use my free birthday burger reward. This time we sat at the bar and I tell you Vanessa the bartender handled her business. I called her superwoman. I asked her where was her cape. She took care of the bar, surrounding tables, and answered the phone all with a positive attitude. The salmon burger and zucchini fries were delicious. My BF said the chili on the chili burger was bland and the garlic fries didn't have enough garlic taste. But it didn't stop him from eating it all. The drinks were on point. We ordered a margarita with Patron and a Sand in Your Shorts with pineapple juice instead of orange juice. We will definitely come back to this location.

First time I'd been to Red Robin for a while and I'm definitely going to be back. Service was excellent, very professional, prompt and attentive without being obtrusive. My fish sandwich was hot and perfectly cooked and my daughter's burger similarly done. The only issue was that her request for No Mayo got lost in the kitchen but she scraped it off with no loss of quality.
