Upon our first meeting through the final days of escrow they were professional and responsive. Theresa kept us up to date on what was happening with buyer, buyer's agent and buyer's lender. She pushed back when buyer's lender was making stipulations that would have contradicted the agreement between the buyer and us. Theresa was our advocate throughout the process.
