This is Simi's Duck Park!

It's great for young families and anyone who loves watching the birds. Everyone was really nice today. The play set is perfect for young children. We don't play tennis and we didn't use the pool, but we did notice them.

It's a spacious park with sufficient parking. We didn't use the bathrooms but I assume they are nice, too.

This park has a few breeds of ducks and a few other species, mostly notably two different breeds of geese.

I thought a sign said don't feed the birds and another sign said bread is bad for them.

Many locals say I might have read the sign too quickly since there is acceptable feed to give the waterfowl here.

I went up the street to Theresa's Feed store and picked up a 5lb bag of waterfowl feed (pictured). Everyone there said it should be just fine to still feed the ducks and they have be the perfect product. There may have been an updated ordinance, so be aware of the Karens.

As of now, my plan for next time is 3 bags to feed those pretty birds! I shared a bunch and everyone loved feeding the birds. The geese are mild and I think this really scratches an itch for a petting zoo. If there's anywhere with sheep and such, let me know!

Nice park. Big facility. All facilities are top notch. Public swimming, good size park lake , fishing, basketball, soccer, tennis, several baseball fields, 711,and a scenic bike path entrance to miles of paved road to walk, jog, bike. Children's swings and slides and picnic areas along with friendly ducks, geese, all kinds of waterfowl kids enjoy feeding. Great place . Not crowded and safe. Dogs allowed.

First time a few weeks ago and would recommend going. Nice place with a little stream and lake with ducks and geese! Great place to take pictures!

Awsome place for a walk for yourself or with your fur babies. It also has a huge pond with ducks, geese, and turles you can fish there too. There is tennis courts, shuffle board, horse shoe throwing and two kids play area.

My favorite place to rest while riding my bike on the bike path. Beautiful view of the lake and very nice benches to rest on.

The geese are funny. They come walking up to you to see if you have any food, it's funny. When they see you don't have any food, they just walk away.

Great place to have fun with Mother Nature.

We have been attending Compass Church Sunday at 10am. Lovely setting.
