Get Hooked

This is my favorite place to support in Simi valley. I love the fact that they always have very fresh food and healthy food. Their drinks are over the top. My chai tea is always made perfect to my liking, oat milk cinnamon and the little coffee Bean at the top. This little family-owned business does so much for our community. Check them out!

Is this place fast? No, because they cook the food fresh to your order. Is it cheap? No, because they use quality ingredients. My husband loves their coffee and the bagel breakfast sandwiches are SO good! I especially love the one with bacon, egg, lettuce, tomato and cream cheese. Very tasty!

Love when I find small business like these, all the way from the service, the food and overall atmosphere. Tried the Calabasas bagel sandwich and a great coffee recommendation that was like pairing wine with a entrée. Highly recommend trying this place, looking forward to my next visit!

Well, this place surely hits the spot. Great for breakfast but came here for lunch with a coworker who was raving about this place and she did not fail me.

We ended up getting the palisades and Malibu and split the sandwiches. They were both delicious but the palisades was the clear winner.

The employees here are helpful and very kind. Great job on the sandwiches and prices are reasonable.

Overall, it’s an easy 5 for me and I definitely recommend the cheese bagel.

I’ve only been to this place twice, but I really appreciate a drive-through for breakfast that isn’t Starbucks every once in a while. The first time I went I was actually mind blown that the young men working there had such nice manners and the second time I was met with the same good customer service. My main reason for writing a review today is that I just had the iced pumpkin chai and it is probably the best one I’ve had at any coffee shop. Delicious, sweet and creamy. Perfecto.

Great breakfast/coffee joint! Had the Mullholand breakfast burrito and the Malibu bagel sandwich. Super fresh and reasonable $$. We will be back!

All these negative reviews seem biased and purposely sabotaging. So here is an honest review. I’ve decided to try out this spot, especially cause it is a locally owned. My first few experiences have been great. I’m always greeted by the staff. They have friendly service. The food is amazing. They have a great selection on teas. And I will be telling my friends and family to try out. I’m definitely hooked.

We love this place for a casual breakfast. They prepare everything fresh, so be prepared to wait. It's completely worth it. We like the blt, blueberry bagels, and breakfast burrito.

I had a feeling I should check the reviews today after a man went nuts on the poor staff. I've been coming to get Hooked for months and am proud to support this mom & pop shop. I was in the dining room could hear him screaming through the window while an employee kept apologizing. Her coworker came over to help and the man got louder. I saw him pull out and horizontally block the drive through as the employee went out to ask him to leave. Thankfully the situation calmed down when the man finally left. I just wanted to say I thought the service as always was top tier and I apologize for the nasty reviews this man and his friends are bombarding your page with. My latte was wonderful and I WILL be returning .

Okay, I'm hooked. I found this spot searching for a decent bagel in Simi Valley (the other places were a big "no" from me, by the way) and this blew away expectations. The bagels are fantastic but even more exciting are there wonderfully curated bagel sandwiches and delicious burritos. I tried the iced vanilla latte and it was yummy, too. What a great small business with great tasting and great quality food!

Second time visiting Get Hooked, so you can say we’re hooked. Great service, friendly staff, very inviting. The drinks and food are delicious, we look forward to more visits.

The best coffee and lattes along with fantastic bagels. Enjoy sitting watching traffic go by as I enjoy my drink and meal in a no rush atmosphere. Try them and you'll Get Hooked also

Definitely my new favorite breakfast spot!! The food is incredible, coffee is delicious with so many unique flavors, and the staff is SO KIND! Very sweet people with awesome sense of style. I love coming here. The prices are a little high but you definitely get what you pay for, and it’s so rewarding to support our local businesses. <3

First time trying this place and wow. Everything was delicious! My coffee was on point, the bagel was perfect. There was a very friendly professional person taking our order and the same receiving it at the window. But......... the drive thru was SO slow. We waited 20 minutes just to get to the speaker to order. I can't imagine being in a rush to go to work and waiting that long. Multiple cars behind us left the line so I'm not sure if that is the norm for the drive thru area. My husband and I will definitely be returning though since good food is worth the wait.

Very good bagels, made my own BLT. Not so sure about cream cheese and egg version on their menu, but maybe next time. Will definitely be back!

Recently tried this place for the first time and we've come back twice since then. Great selection and everything we've tried has been very good. Their Get Hooked breakfast bagel w/ sausage on the jalapeno cheese bagel with Chipotle mayo was the perfect blend of crunchy & tasty, best breakfast bagel I've ever had.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My friend and I order food and it was absolutely amazing. I ordered the BLT Breakfast Bagel with Chipotle Mayo and Jalapeno Cream Cheese. They forgot the tomatoes on the BLT though. Overall, It was euphoric experience. The bagel was crispy on the outside and super fluffy soft on the inside. My friend got the a burrito, the cinnamon French toast wrap. It was stuffed with Nutella, banana, strawberries and blueberries , topped with powdered sugar, Passion fruit lemonade plus tater tots. The food arrived warm and yummy. The tots were so freaking crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - is was like magic. She always loved it a lot. We plan on ordering from there a lot in the future. We shared our experience with our whole office as well.

Love the service . Not too fond of the hot chocolate but the bagels were fresh and so delicious . I will be back to try some more items as they looked so delicious

This is a unique spot I wasn’t aware of until a couple of months ago. Man I’ve been missing out. We need more unique spots like this in Simi. They have special drinks and lattes as well as food items you wouldn’t expect like burritos and salads. The coffee itself was really good and strong (which I prefer) I got extremely caffeinated so maybe I won’t get a large (my fault) so if you wanted something different from Starbucks and support a local business I would suggest checking this place out.
