Had a great experience here! Joe was thorough and made sure I got the right size. This is my first pair of redwing moc toes I bought and sizing is definitely tricky and had to special order a fullsize down from my original size and in wide. Couldn't be more pleased! Will come back again for cleaning and accessories!

This is the BEST shoe repair around! Great service! I live in the A.V. and came down on a Saturday, and they had my boots repaired in less than 3 hours so I wouldn't have to come back! Best service I ever had, highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!

Awesome place for any boots really! Great customer service. I just had my wing shooters re -soled a few months ago. I needed them to be oil resistant. The turnaround time was just a couple of days, and it was very reasonably priced. Thank you gentlemen!

Brought my boots in for a resole and heel repair. The boots look brand new, couldn’t be happier. They also made me a pair of custom leather insoles!

Worth the drive. This is the best shoe store ever! the people that work here are the best. I'm guessing the guy doing most of the shoe sales is the owner.? He is a shoe genius he knows what you want just by asking a few simple questions. if you have any problems post purchase he can fix them very fast. Example my shoe was causing blisters took them back he fixed them in 5 minutes. I wore them till they fell apart. going this week to buy another pair.

I purchased 2 pairs of Timberland steel toe work boots about two years ago....good quality but most importantly LIGHTWEIGHT! The customer service provided by the gentleman was EXCELLENT. He took the time to understand what I needed, asked follow up questions to further zoom in on the type of boots I was looking for and conducted the sale efficiently. I will be going back to this store tomorrow to get new shoes! Sure, the price is higher than average, but you will be walking out with quality, durable boots. Most importantly, you will receive GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Needed a resole on my boots as they were in rough shape. Tried this place out and was exceedingly impressed with the work. Levine did the job and he was nice and friendly. The better part was that I dropped them off in the morning and the work was finished and ready for pick up the same day. Definitely will be back next time around.

Best little footwear shop ever! I came in for new work boots and the salesman asked the right questions and fit me with the exact boots I needed for my work in under 15 minutes. I have wide feet and difficulty finding good comfort. The boots were also very well priced. I went in to have some tennis shoes repaired and they also did an excellent job.

Nice folks and good service with knowledgeable people are hard to find these days. Don’t go to the outlets looking for a deal because you won’t get a better price!

Came in to this store on a Friday, there were a few people being helped already, I was helped by the nephew of whom I believe to be the owner very quickly. He delivered the boot I was interested in and offered his pick of the same style boot. He also measured my foot and sized me based on how the boot fit. His choice was the clear winner.

The prices are what you would expect to pay for a good workboot that will last you a long time.

I came here to buy my husband a new pair of work boots as a gift and wasn't sure if the current brand he was wearing was Georgia or Wolverine. Everyone here was super nice and very helpful. I got the Georgias remembering it was a good Forestry boot and they told me if i selected the wrong one, no problem just bring them back. Well i should have known my husband had no clue what Georgia's even were and we had to bring them back. They had remembered my situation and exchanged them out with no issues and they refunded me the difference. Nice bunch of guys. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

I have shopped here many times and have always has good customer service from Joe. I have gone elsewhere to check competitors and always end up back here. I rather give my business to a family owned store then a big box store. There's a reason Joe has been in business so long in Simi Valley...friendly customer service....
