Ellie and Rick Wattles have been invaluable to my husband and I with our first practice acquisition. They and their team have gone way above and beyond what we expected to help us figure out how to successfully negotiate and purchase our new hospital. They were prompt and always patient in answering our many questions - and we had a lot! I feel like we got way more than our money's worth.

In 2012 I started looking for a veteriary practice to purchase. I had practiced over 10 years as an associate veteriarian and felt I was ready to be an owner. Although I felt confident in my medical skills, I was unfamiliar with the mechanics of purchasing a hospital.

Rick Wattles came to the practice for a valuation. He is professional, personable, and efficient. He provided a detailed valuation of the practice that was extremely helpful not only for my purchase of the hospital, but also for my running of the hospital because it provided details about the practice and the surrounding community that helped me market my practice.

During the purchase process, Ellie Wattles negotatiated on my behaf with the seller, assisted me with obtaining financing, connected me with an attorney and an accountant, and answered my questions along the way.

Dishonest, disorganized, poor communication. Thankfully, after an absolutely horrible experience with Ellie Wattles and Co., we went on to purchase an incredible practice without a broker. I strongly caution anyone considering using Pacific Professionals to facilitate their dream of practice ownership to reconsider. Aside from the several other highly reputable agencies available, you can secure a hospital without a broker if you have solid knowledge of the veterinary industry and a savvy attorney.

Poor experience. Not professionals at all, especially when it comes to profit analysis of practices and securing bank loans.
