Bill has been very helpful with an ambulance bill that we all think the customer (us) shouldn't have to pay. But we found out it is what it is and we have paid the bill. He made some calls and everyone didn't seem to understand why we had to pay.
We will be more careful about calling the AMR ambulance again.
