Couldn't have asked for a better body shop that gets your car back to the condition it was in prior to any collision and even better. The customer service here is immaculate and they will not try and manipulate you during the repair process. Straight forward, consistent and beyond amazing work.

Dakota was extremely professional and helpful and buffed and painted the scratches on my car. Dakota charged a very reasonable amount and also gave us a ride to our home and came and picked us up from our home after he was done fixing my car. I would highly recommend this shop when you require any auto body work done on your car.

Great experience at Pacific Coast this week. My 17 year old took his first car, a 2008 F150, in to get a laundry list of issues checked out. We needed somewhere local due to his school and work and him having learned that time is money. We knew Pacific Coast was an Auto body shop and the trucks issues were small but decided to check them out.

Mark, Dakota and crew went above and beyond. They fixed the issues they could (door lock not working, unstable turn signal arm, etc) and spent time with my son on each issue. They stepped through what was going on, what was involved in fixing and gave him the guidance on how/where to get the other issues fixed.

I visited Pacific Coast Auto Body this week for a broken interior door handle on my Volvo. I didn't know what to expect, since I had never had to go to an auto body shop by myself. I was greeted by Dakota (manager) and he took a look at the car. Dakota was able to remove the door panel and locate the problem with the handle. With some ingenuity and creativeness, they were able to fix the door handle very quickly! I was so impressed!! They were so professional and easy to work with, he didn't even charge me for the fix. :) SMILES ALL AROUND.

I was looking for an affordable place to fix a door on my truck. My truck is not brand new and I didn't need to spend a ton of money. The son of the owner was beyond friendly and made me feel valued as a customer. He needed to ask his father to come out and look at the door because it was a really tricky fix. Not only did they fix the door, it looked liked the accident never happened. Pacific Coast Auto Body delivered a great product, at a great price, with great customer service. To top it off, they came in with the best quote out of 3 places I visited. This place gets a 5 star rating from me!!

My insurance company (GEICO) tried to put aftermarket parts on my vehicle that not only would terminate my lease agreement warranty but would also compromise my safety features. Dakota went out of his way to inform me about this and vouch for me. He always communicated with me with updates or concerns. They also made the repairs on my vehicle in a timely manner. I have been in a few accidents and no body shop has ever gone out of their way like Pacific Coast has. If I ever get into an accident again this is the place I will take it to because I trust them!

These guys are totally professional. Dakota did a fantastic job taking out some scratches on my car. He definitely knew what he was doing and I would recommend their services to anyone in the area.
