The Guest Experience Specialist, Lizbeth, was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I wanted. I wanted a chair that would fit into a small space. She answered all my questions and was not pushy. She let me browse. When I am ready to buy again, I will ask for her.

Genuinely one of the best furniture buying experiences I have had. This is despite reading LOTS of bad things about Bob's Furniture online, and a lot of caution while buying a new sectional.

I was pleasantly proven wrong--the furniture, staff, and experience is all 5 stars.

The staff is kind, attentive, and laid-back without being lazy. They really feel more loyal to the customer rather than to the company.

Furniture is solid and has lasted years for us, great for the price. I have read very bad things about the furniture, but maybe the Oxnard factory is different? It's all well-constructed and good for the price.

We had an issue with which part got delivered. Although there was a mistake during the purchasing process, the manager changed it for us NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

I'm very loyal to this specific Bob's store and implore you to give it a shot. Maybe just pass on the Goof-proof, but aside from that you'll be golden here.

The sales person who assisted us is Shanon or Sharon and she was very helpful in assisting me make a choice in the couch I wanted. She was patient, pleasant and professional. I will definitely shop again at Bob’s.

I am a returning customer. Service was great, Shane answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with all my selections. The manager also ensured everything was as I requested before confirming my purchase. Great team and I appreciate the time and attention given to provide a positive shopping experience.

The sales attendant was great. She let me browse and select the bed I wanted. She provided great information about my selection. She gathered the information she needed from me quickly and efficiently. She discussed the delivery date and what the drivers would and would not be able to assist with during delivery.

Shannon was incredible! She was patient, professional, extremely friendly, and helped me so very much in deciding what couch I should purchase along with an incredibly soft rocker/swivel! Thank you, Shannon!!

We found that Bob's has very competitive pricing, without running "sales" gimmicks. We found a good selection of couches to choose from. All appeared to be of very good quality. It was very nice working with Chanel. She was very pleasant, professional, and informed. I highly recommend both Bob's and Chanel.

Lizbeth gave great customer service. We came in 3 times deciding and comparing with other stores. We feel we got what fit our needs and more at a readonable price.

I like how great the communication is. I was told when our chair would arrive all along the way. The two delivery guys both Jesus were very good they were friendly and did a good job of cleaning up.

I’ve gotten so much furniture from here. My bed, my dining table. And now a new couch 🛋. I love the friendliness here but also the way that they give you space to look around. This will forever be my go to furniture place !

Amazing showroom, amazing salesperson. We have not been to Bob’s Discount Furniture store before but will definitely go back. Living Spaces used to be our go-to store for furniture needs but knowing now that Bob’s also has a wide selection with competitive pricing will now make this our number one store. Sounds like I got paid or got a discount from my previous purchase? No I did not. I just feel like a company who treats customers right and does not gouge them of their hard-earned money deaerves recognition. The best thing about Bob’s Discount Oxnard is the its closer to my place being from Ventura County - Suban / purchased 11/17

Great prices and selection. Sakes people dint hover and very helpful when you want them. Have purchased Livingroom and dining room furniture. New bedroom set next.

Went in looking for a couch. The associate Shane was great. Answered all of our questions. He let us browse and didn’t hover like some salespeople in other stores.Overall a great experience.

When we came in Lizbeth jumped right up to help us. She let us browse until we thought we had everything, but Lizbeth was so calm and not annoying
like other saleswomen, we bought more furniture.
