Out of all the Urgent Cares in town, this is by far my favorite one. The doctors and nurses listen to you and your concerns. They understand that they are supposed to bill your insurance before collecting money. Not guess on how much your appointment is going to be and charge you up front like other Urgent Cares and Doctor office's do.

I would recommend Dr. Hasan to anyone looking for a qualified doctor. She is extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help with any need you have. Doctor is very professional, providing her patients with tender love and care. She helps patients cope with health issues, making us more comfortable. Other doctors have the tendency of being judgmental and making patients feel out of place. The care Dr. Hasan provides feels genuine as ever. Would recommend her to all! 😁

I've been injured (sports related) so many times and almost every time they give me very good advice and take care of me. They're waiting time might seem slow, but it's pretty fast compared to other urgent care centers. I've always been taken care of. I had an MRI for a ACL tear here, I've had God knows how many X-rays here and every time it's been great service and good nurses. I've built somewhat of a familiarity with Dr. Joshi and he gives great advice on how to treat my injuries. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Dr Hasan at the Simi Urgent Care for the past 10 years. Dr Hasan is the best Doctor I have ever had. She always takes whatever time is necessary to explain my issues when I have questions. At one point Dr Hasan left the Simi Urgent Care for approximately one year. I was devastated. I have never been as elated as when I heard Dr Hasan was returning. Dr Hasan is very knowledgeable and a wonderful person. I cannot thank Dr. Hasan enough for all she has done for me. I highly recommend Dr.Hasan and thank her for being my primary care physician.

Very nice place, very clean, and very professional. I was seen in a reasonable time frame. The Doctor was very good, and addressed my three problems. He prescribed my meds and sent me on my way. This was just what I wanted in a walk in urgent care center. I would come back and would strongly recommend this place.

I got myself in a motorcycle accident this morning and was banged up pretty good. Decided to go to the nearest Urgent Care center. Thankfully it was this one. This has been the BEST hospital I have ever been to. I would highly recommend it. I had Dr. Negron who is an unbelievable doctor, gave me 3 stitches and xray'ed my hand. Got me all fixed up and was extremely nice during the whole process.

Been here often. It's hit and miss if it's busy. The staff works hard and has always been friendly with me. They recently suggested some blood work for me. Results were back within the time frame promised. They called to give me the details and took the time to answer any questions I may have had.
If you are not looking for touchy feely staff and people that get right to the point, this place is great.

Dr. Hassan was great. X-ray'd my shoulder, diagnoses was right on, meds right on. Saw her in January, 2018, and by May of that year I was pretty much completely better. Thank you, Dr. Hassan and the clinic.

Took my daughter in at noon on a Sunday was seen in about ten minutes. We needed to collect a sample I showed up 15 minutes after they closed on Sunday evening they opened up back up to take the sample. Thanks for the excellent service.

Went in during vacation and had a great experience. Highly recommended for their skilled doctors, caring nurses and friendly staff! Went back for follow up at no charge on a Sunday!

Great knowledgeable doctors and staff. Knows what to do and when to do it. This medical facility has it all. If your not well this is the place to go. Others you get a RN here you get a medical doctor that knows what to do. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I absolutely love this urgent care. I’ve been coming to this urgent care for a long time. Dr. Joshi and Dr. Hassan are exceptional!

Dr Hassan, is by far the most caring and compassionate Dr at ANY Urgent care .... She takes the time to figure out whats going on, and then takes action to fix it ASAP.

Dr Hasan is a very caring dr and a caring person. She took time to talk to me and understand what was going on.
