Eve was very helpful and patient while my disabled mom shopped thru the selections. This location offers some outlet priced furniture and was currently having a sale. Every piece of furniture had clear pricing and the selection was quite large. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a good deal on quality furniture.

We’re very happy with our new reclining sofa and the leather is beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We would definitely shop Reed’s again. Also, the two gentlemen who delivered it were courteous and helpful.

We purchased a table and chairs from Reed's. Paul the sales guy was great and friendly, and we talked about England (I'm English). We arranged delivery for the following Monday of the display model.

There was some confusion as our furniture never arrived - a new item had been ordered which would take some time to arrive but we had understood we'd get the floor model. We spoke to Tony the manager and he was very helpful. The following week the furniture arrived, and we had a courtesy call the day before to give us a delivery window. The delivery driver was friendly and efficient.

We are very happy with the furniture and the service received. Although there was a hiccup, they made it right, and that is what counts!

Great experience! I ordered several pieces from them online after I had gone into the store to check them out in person. I ordered online and the sales team emailed me immediately and they were in touch with me to do a small repair on the desk I ordered before delivery, I knew it had a small defect from my store visit. The desk was last one in stock and $100 less online than in store. The other items a bed, chest and nightstand table were same price online and in store. The communication was excellent and this was over Thanksgiving weekend. The scheduled delivery was easy, you get a 4 hour window and they call 30 min ahead. They actually arrived an hour early for delivery but they called ahead so it was fine.The delivery men moved the furniture into the room and assembled the bed quickly. They took away the packing material and had moving blankets around the furniture to prevent damage. Everything looked perfect including the desk you would never know it had a repair. They were in and out in 20 minutes. Love the furniture we got! Thanks Reeds!

Highly recommend. We bought a bedroom suite. They let us know what items they had in stock. Ordering was easy. Some of the items were on sale but they checked each one to make sure we got the best price on everything. They kept us updated, calling us about a week before the shipped items arrived to let us know when they were expected and then to schedule delivery once everything arrived. Delivery service was excellent. They called about 30 minutes before they arrived so we would be prepared. They made sure everything was set up properly & arranged exactly where we wanted everything. Overall an excellent experience!

Have been shopping for a bedroom set with Macy’s and Ashley Furniture. If it’s not delivery dates with Macy’s or 4 shipments of damaged furniture with Ashley’s I found Reeds Furniture that offered a great price, excellent customer service, a phone call from the owner, and the best delivery service without receiving damaged furniture. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.

We were looking for a couch a couple weeks ago. We got great service in the store at both Reeds locations Oxnard and Agoura. They had a really good selection of couches. we were looking for one that had the recliner on each end. The prices were fair and they said if we found something cheaper on the Internet for the same item, they would match that price. They also had a no sales tax promotion going on, so that was nice! We ordered our couch and it should arrive in about three weeks.

This was a great experience. Eve, on the sales floor was extremely helpful and Reed's selection was nicely varied. The delivery, up some tricky stairs, was flawless. We couldn't have asked for better.

Reed's furniture has a wide variety of furniture to choose from. I love my sectional couch purchased from Reed's Furniture in Oxnard. The care/replacement plan is a great add-on.
