I have already left her review on yelp, but I wanted to leave the same review on google as well seeing as I use google to search for everything.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service provided by Kati during my recent visit to Kohl's. What initially struck me was not only her professionalism but also her ability to communicate effectively, a quality that's especially noteworthy given my experiences accompanying a deaf family member.

Remarkably, I didn't initially realize that Kati, who spoke so eloquently, also shared a connection with the deaf community. Her adept use of American Sign Language and seamless communication left me and my family member feeling heard and valued as customers.

Kati's commitment to providing exceptional service, coupled with her ability to bridge communication gaps effortlessly, is truly commendable. Kohl's is fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented individual on their team, and I look forward to future interactions knowing I can rely on her expertise.

I was helped with such kindness and knowledge from the sophora section by a young lady named Jessica. She went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. Not only did she have knowledge of the product but she even helped suggest some products in which I did purchase. Thanks again to this lady I walked out happy. She definitely deserves a raise.

Kohls has a large selection of clothing for the whole family, makeup by sephora, a ton of cute shoes from tennis shoes to high heels. Plus, they have some really neat doo-dads to buy.

I love shopping at my local kohl’s in Simi. The associates are friendly and customer service staff are very nice. Special thanks to Lauren at customer service

10 out of 10 5 starts Kohls has some great people working in the store right now. Wow great stuff literally found something for everyone. Pluss associates who truly want to help you find what you are looking for. Or just a smile as you walk by. Attentiveness cleaness and fast check out process! I will go back to the KOHLS IN SIMI VALLEY !!!

It is good things to have an Amazon Return Desk. It is good to pay with kohl's credit card. Overall, you can find a good deal. Just keep looking, especially the clearance section

You can park closest store and it's easy to get around in the store, plenty of sales and things.

This is a great store, super big. The associates are super friendly and helpful. Had to make a return didn’t have my receipt or my Kohl’s card and they were super accommodating and didn’t even make a big issue out of it. I will definitely return just for the fact of how helpful they were.
