It's like their slogan "like a good neighbor, State Farm is there" -- it's TRUE. This office is in the heart of old town Moorpark. The staff is friendly and proficient -- like good neighbors! Even when we needed referrals for a handyman, pest control, whatever -- they helped. Plus, they actually answer the phone when you call -- it's not an automated system that takes forever, it's fast. Obviously, I can't say enough nice things about this office and its staff.

I've been a customer of the Moorpark branch of State Farm insurance for many years, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Lynda, Ryan and their staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make sure my family's insurance needs are met. Whether it's auto, home, or life insurance, they have always provided us with the best coverage at a great price. They have also always been prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns we've had. I highly recommend the Moorpark branch of State Farm, and specifically the team led by Lynda and Ryan Rummelhoff, to anyone in need of insurance.
