John and his staff go above and beyond. Kathy has always been there to help me and my parents. She has come out to accidents just to help us navigate what we’re supposed to do. Kathy and John are like our extended family now! There will never be another team an awesome as the Mitchell Team!!

I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to acknowledge the superior service I have received from this State Farm office. Kathy and John Mitchell have been life savers for me! My previous insurance provider was loading my policy up with services that did not apply to my needs, by telling me I did need them, only to line their own pockets. Kathy and John were able to get me the coverage I ACTUALLY needed, and then some, for less than I was paying before. I will be a customer at this office for as long as I can, they have my loyalty for being honest and I will be referring as many people as I can!

Kathy is the best! She’s taken care of our family’s insurance needs for over two decades. You don’t find to many business this day in age that you’re on a 1st name basis and they know you when you walk through the front door. I recommend this office 100%
