Daniel who works mainly in the tile department is awesome. Really knows his stuff, but has great communication and social skills. I know nothing about doing tile, but he explained it in a way where I feel like anyone could do it. I had planned to do a small repair for my in laws and I was successful especially through with Daniel’s knowledge and info for me.

Thanks! Home Depot should give him the recognition he deserves. An amazing staff to have.

Kat /Katherine was very friendly and helpful. We need a fridge for a dorm room and she got the fridge down for us to look at it. We are purchasing in another state and with Home Depot due to her customer service. Thank you Kat for all your help this evening. July 27th

I visited the garden center today. The department was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with some suggestions. They had such a great variety of plants, flowers, herbs and such and in so many colors it made it hard to choose. I will return on the weekend to make another purchase.

Rigo was very helpful.
Today I found a rolling toolbox that would be perfect. The help I received from Rigo was superb. He was attentive to our questions, then arranged the sale, then used a special lift cart to carefully fit the large box into our SUV.
Rigo is an exemplary employee of Home Depot.

In and out, an employee pointed me in the direction of the keys, i found a key chain that worked and was able to quickly pay and be on my way

I've had good, and bad experiences at this HD location. But recently had an extraordinary experience here with 2 HD employees. They went over and above helping me.

Came in on Black Friday, looking for a specific piece they did not have at Lowes... I asked an employee here at home depot to help me out. He couldnt figure out what the part was called he went and asked Ramona who was super helpful and knowledgable. Im glad she helped my son and I out.. She had excellent attitude regardless how busy it was kept it cool.. She found the part I needed thank you Ramona you deserve to be appraised for bieng a stellsr employee!! HOME DEPOT IS MY FOREVER STORE. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT TEAM AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

About my favorite place to buy tools, always good prices, and even better during the holidays, never a xmas Home Depot did not have greats deals. Stock up for xmas. :) They after your long journey shopping for tools head over to In and Out Burger, right next door. 🍔🍟🥤

I am so thankful for Joseph in flooring section. He was so kind and informative. Although I asked so many questions about the window blinds, he always takes time to explain nicely. He is so kind and knowledgeable. After working so many hours on my home project, I was so tired but his smiling face and kindness made my day. Love home depot folks !!! Thanks again

Staff there very helpful, have almost all toolware I have needed for work and you can rent out tools if you don't want to buy them!

Does what it says on the tin.

Easy peasy if you know what you are looking for and where it is located. If not, someone who works there will either know what you need or who you need to talk to and what aisle to find them on.

Greeters are friendly and the painter guys was very nice. Someone tried to cut in front of me but he acknowledged me than the couple who tried cutting me off. I got my paint.
I got the Berh dolphin fin gray, one coat. But I did two as I have green avocado paint prior .

As a person who doesn’t have much experience in DIY or tools in general, Gabriel (Gabe) made my experience as easy as possible! He was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of a standard drill, impact drill, and a drill with the hammer function. Due to there being so many different options, I felt like Gabe made it incredibly easy for me to make an informed decision and pick out what would suit my project needs the best. Department stores and tool shopping in general can be pretty stressful but no matter what I require, I’ll only be shopping at this store due to the customer service I received today. I explained my situation to Gabe and, in knowing that I also had to buy a drill bit set for my newly purchased drills, he offered a slight discount without even being asked. He’s a truly exceptional employee and I really hope he receives the recognition he deserves! :)

Experience was great had to return a couple item s lost the receipt , however the friendly associate found it on my card , got my money back and bought some other items i needed . Thank you Home Depot !

Cathy Hoag & Luis Vico are your best employees. Everytime I come in here I am greeted, helped and assisted by the 2 fabulous employees. They care and it shows, that's a hard thing to find.

Great experience at Home Depot today. I noticed many employees assisting customers. That was great to see, the aisle I was on had approximately three employees helping elderly customers. Thank you to the courteous and friendly associates for offering assistance to our elderly community members. It was refreshing to see Home Depot change their service standard. This was a positive shopping experience.
